I found a vehicle that I was interested in. They responded to my inquiries right away and were very easy to work with. They were very flexible and were willing to work with me however and whenever. Overall great experience and very friendly staff.
I had seen a car advertised on cars.com from Danville Automall. The pictures and the price got me interested in looking more at this car. I live 250 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the dealership and told them I was interested in trading a car in for the one they had listed but had to drive 8 hours round trip to look at the car. I asked if we could negotiate over the phone to see if we could be close on an agreement understanding it would depend on what both vehicles looked like. The dealership and I reached a tentative agreement that would be based on them looking at my trade in and me looking over the vehicle for sale. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was as described and the pictures were exactly as the car looked in person. The dealership and I discussed the vehicle and the trade, they reminded me that there is still good honest people in this world. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. They were also able to get my financing where it will pay off earlier than planned when I went and save me 2400 dollars in finance charges over the life of the loan. I plan to keep this dealership on the top of my list for the next time I need another car. Wonderful team!!
Everything was the BEST i would score them a 10! Trampas was so nice and he got us what i beleive was a great deal, could not have asked for a better saleman than him. the finance guy sorry i can't remember his name but he worked real hard for us and got me a 5.5 percent interest. This is the only KIA Dealer that would FIX a KIA that they didn't even sell! Not to just trade it in and rid of the problem,they have Fixed the problem on Bank 1 and are fixing the same problem on Bank 2! All under warranty that the seller would not FIX! Salem is not the place to Purchase a KIA! Unless you never have a problem! 10 yr 10000 mile warranty means nothing to them! If its 2 good 2 be true,it always has been for me! Cheep and Good don't go together! Never Has!
All calls and emails were answered promptly and all questions answered. Great car at a great price from good, friendly, knowledgeable people. The n/a answers I gave were because I've just purchased the car and haven't had any problems with anything.
This was my second visit after relocating to this community recently. The initial visit included a part search. I found the service tech, parts manager and front desk employee to be an effective problem solving team. This is a small dealership with a service-oriented atmosphere. The return visit was without an appointment for a related follow up on the mirror on the opposite door. They worked me in efficiently. I will definitely return in hopes of making GR the primary service shop for my Saturn.
