New and used 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 trucks for sale near Berkeley, IL

I cried about the price of my tires but to know they are covered was a big load off my shoylders

Phillips Chevrolet was EXCELLENT. My amazing team consisted of: Jordan my salesman that closed the deal, Anthony the manager, and Rami the first salesman I spoke to. I was on a mission. I began an aggressive search for a car for my daughters 21st bday. I needed her in a safe used car, with low miles. I picked Phillips Chevrolet by accident, after I had a horrific experience with another dealership. The night before I paid the other dealership 18,800 cash for a 2024 Altima, but canceled the wire after they argued with me- and refused- to make me a 2nd key. Phillips didn't argue about ANYTHING. They showed me a fabulous car- a 2022 Corolla with low miles. It was a $400 difference, and the BEST $400 I have spent. I left the dealership laughing with the manager, hugging the salesman, and promising to buy all my future cars from them. They did not haggle with me, and I respected their position on the pricing. They went down a few hundred, but couldn't any further--- it was already below market value. My husband checked and said it was way under priced. My brother who is a large man- gave it a xxxx of a test drive- through the back woods, fast turns, up hills, etc. I fussed at him for shaking up the car. He said it was a strong car, that rode smoothly. I felt good that they weren't selling me a lemon. To guarantee they weren't - we negotiated to include the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I went back the next day to pick up a clean, freshly washed car. At the other dealership I was nervous when I signed, and second guessed myself all throughout the deal. Whereas, I was thrilled and excited about the car from Phillips Chevrolet. I gladly wired them the $19,000 + and took photos of my car. After taking photos with everyone, and my brother getting his $100 referral (which he didn't share with me :(.. LOL. My husband came to thank them for not causing me to "snap off" like the other dealership. He said - now he can have Peace in the House. After the hugs, photos, and jokes they gifted me with sweatshirts, hats, and bags. Now I can buy a big red bow, and give it to my daughter. I'm making her wear the sweatshirt and hat for the photos. SIDEBAR: Out of the last 5 car purchases I have made in 7 years- this was the absolute BEST experience ever!!!! Colleen & Family Loved Phillips & their Awesome Team!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey Serwas at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins & Countryside, and I was genuinely impressed. He was professional, personable, and made me feel welcomed—like I was a regular, part of the family. He took my concerns seriously and made sure I felt heard and valued. I don’t usually like name-dropping dealerships, but I have to be honest. I purchased two fully loaded Suburbans from Castle Chevy North, and yet, I still don’t feel welcomed or appreciated there. I barely get a proper greeting and often feel like a bother rather than a valued customer. The level of service and hospitality at Advantage is truly above reproach. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Sergio Ramirez, our salesman, was great. Between Sergio and Pete, the financial representative, they spent several hours going over the car functions (we bought an EV) and how EVs drive versus gas cars. Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. He was very punctual, professional, transparent, understanding and genuinely made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. As difficult as I was as a first-time buyer, I commend Moshi for patiently working with me on site of the dealership, for hours, without giving up until I was comfortable enough with signing and driving my car off the lot. His dedication truly paid off because I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I arrived pre-approved for a loan and left with a better rate after their finance dept. hooked it up. I worked with Regis on a 2000 Corvette and can say it was the easiest buying experience. I’d asked to have the front fender alignment looked at and he had it fixed along with a missing trim piece. The car was in excellent shape and all modifications were disclosed. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was very fair and I was in and out within a half hour on the day of pick-up. You can tell he genuinely enjoys the work he does and it shows. after shopping around at a few chevy dealers i was at Jerry Haggerty and met Steve B. Steve was very helpful and knows a lot about the different cars chevy has as well as the differences between the many trim levels. We were really hoping to get another Impala after losing ours in a Total Loss accident a few months ago. We ended up selecting an Equinox although we were 99% sure on the Trax until we found it a little easier to get in and out of the Equinox. If you need a nice , patient, easy going salesperson that actually listens.. go to Jerry Haggerty and ask for Steve B!!
