Honest, fair pricing, super friendly service. Didn’t buy the car I was looking at, only because I wasn’t ready and wanted to continue to look around. They told me right off the bat what their best price was, and didn’t try to pressure me even when I said I wanted to look around more. They thanked me for stopping in and giving them a chance. They told me their offer stands as long as the car was in their lot. They both seemed like genuine, friendly guys, just trying to build a good business, with a foundation of friendly service, and customer satisfaction.

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

Buying a used car is almost always a gamble for both the buyer and the dealer. In my opinion, this is a pretty trustworthy place, and they've been doing it for 38 years. Longevity for a used car business is commendable. I bought from out of state, unseen, except through a virtual tour through Lance to my satisfaction. First, they drove me to/from Enterprise where I dropped off my one-way rental, and took me to the tag/notary place. After inspecting the truck, everything was as expected other than a pretty good oil spot under the pan. Concerning, of course. Without hesitation, they pulled it to the back, diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it, and I was able to make the 6 hour return trip trouble free in my new (used) truck. Bottom line: they were honest, fair-priced, friendly, and went out of their way for me. Something might happen to my used truck over time, but it will not be because of them. I have the base model WT regular cab long bed gas burner. Yes, I know gas. But, I don't do enough for a diesel and I also like real trucks so 1/2tons do not suit me. I've had 1/2tons before I always break them by pushing their towing capacity and so far the 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD gas hasn't failed me or left me on the side of the road its a great truck even drove it through water that came half way up the headlights no issues "key is don't let off the gas" It's also a tough truck side swapped a tree mudding got a little dent out of it and somebody side swap me when I first got it hardly any damage its been rear ended 18times luckily my hitch is still good 11 of thoughs vehicles were totalled also rear bumper is still solid and firmly attached. I've pushed tree's over with it even pulled contractors van that was buried in the sand out. Manual 4x4 works great. I like real trucks and this is a real truck and real trucks are not ment to get good mpg mine averages between 8mpg city and 15mpg highway and 10mpg when I'm hauling.

I can't say enough here. First of all, Jordan Good should change his name to Jordan Great. Not to diminish anyone else who I saw, spoke to, or dealt with there, but Jordan was a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure he would say the same about me, though. I've been doing my homework and had many questions. All of them were answered quickly, clearly, and honestly. Today was my 6th visit to a dealership since Thanksgiving, and will likely be the last visit for me for quite some time, since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for(actually more than I was looking for). I love the no-haggle approach. I also never felt any pressure, which I assume is because these guys know that they are going to sell the vehicles on their lot, so they don't have to be abrasive about it. I drove a little under 3 hours to buy a truck from these guys and it was worth every second. I guess the best way I can describe how I feel about Mark Martin Motors is that I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from these guys without even taking it for a test drive. I figured I had 150 or so miles to test it out on the way home. It passed the test folks!!!!!

Today I found a truck I've been looking for, last couple weeks. The buying of a new vehicle experience can really show you the worst of sales practices and environments. For instance - you call ahead for test drive--you drive 50 mins. - You take it out-the vehicle has 7 miles of fuel-yes 7 miles till empty-- a serious whining noise when moving- Nope let's go home. Well today all that changed. I found a truck on internet like I wanted-called this morning to see if it's still in stock. It was-- got there about 11;30. The truck looked like the pictures on the web. Took it for a test drive -more than half a tank of fuel. While i was gone they were appraising my truck. I was ready to fight for a amount--got back--they offered $4000 more than I had in my mind-NO NEED TO FIGHT! Their sales area was so relaxing to be seated in. Nicely decorated -polite leisurely dressed sales folks- no fancy suited faces that have to smile at you. Just welcome to my house --let's get this done! They got me a interest rate lower than I had in mind-again no need to fight! After all paper work was complete--I was ready to move to the office with the fancy lighted signing table where you write with your finger on the glass. Nope, didn't happen. He put a paper on the desk -told us what we were signing and where to sign--YES we used a pen to sign these documents. WOOOO! All done - we clean out my trade in --hop in my new (to me) vehicle and headed home. Smiling and happy. In and out of a car trade and buy in 2 HOURS--yes 2 HOURS. The guys we dealt with were Caleb and Jordan-great -pleasant- informed-no pressure-get this done experience. While loading my truck a guy in shorts --a pull over shirt and a baseball cap came out to thank us for our business and wished us a safe trip home--I believe he was the owner. This happened at Mark Martins Motors in Manheim, PA --Sorry I had a share something GOOD happening in this world today. 5 stars out of 5 -- Thanks for listening--Sam
