Biggers Chevrolet review
The service experience with Biggers Chevrolet was excellent, as always, this time for a brake job. It took a little longer than expected because the replacement process was apparently more detailed since it was a Buick LaCrosse. However, the service staff kept me informed and out the door in a timely fashion. My husband and I went to Hawk to test drive a Tahoe. Ernie the salesman met us with a smile and shared how the suspension was different on the newer models. We test drove one on the lot and loved it! We had been shopping online and saw one at a sister dealership and asked if they could bring it over. It was there the next business day. We went back to drive it and loved it too! We negotiated with Ernie and Brian. The conversations were friendly, honest and fair. We enjoyed working with them both. When we returned to purchase it, Juan finished the sale and delivered our new truck. Juan was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and the technology in the car.
