I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
I was sad the agent I spoke with left. Plan to work with. But the car I came to see. To trade. Didn't fit. My liking. I came for a 4 cylinder. Gas saver. But they only had one. I believe the car needed body repair.
Purchase a car is stressful and Avis Car Sales helped me in my car buying decision and worked with me and treated me with respect and that means a lot. When I need to purchase another car I will do business with them. My Sales Manager Austin J really worked hard for me and got me in a really nice vehicle.
My husband and I have purchased over 10 cars since we've been married and our experience with Travis Frye was by far the best! Travis helped us find exactly what we wanted. We were a bit picky and he didn't try to convince us to buy something that didn't quite work for us. Instead, he asked a lot of questions, got clear on what we wanted and then helped us until we found exactly that. We are so happy with our purchases, and the experience was great because of Travis and his incredible customer service. Do yourself a favor and call Travis. I know you'll get a great deal too!
Tyson Bourne was wonderful to deal with and helpful. Took all the anxiety out of the purchase. Very friendly and not in a fake sales person way. Quick process, in and out with a trailer very quick. Nice inventory and quality product. Highly recommend also great pricing for a better trailer. We looked elsewhere before Young Trailers and they blow the competition away! Thank you.
I went to Layton Young Chevrolet to look at used cars and get an idea of what I'm interested in and looking in a vehicle for my family. Eric was the salesman who helped me out, and he was really great to work with! He was very professional and listened to what I wanted. I didnt feel rushed or pressured into doing anything which is a big plus for me! Eric was excellent in showing me vehicles that had all that i required and wanted and didnt waste my time showing me things that werent apart of my list of wants/needs. I recommend seeing Eric when going to this dealership! Great experience!
It's not too often that you have sales person place the customer's best interest above selling a car, but that is what Donavan kept in focus. From beginning to weeks pass after we received the Camaro, first class all the way. There was no pressure or hassle through the purchase. There was a price difference, but it was in our favor. Chase, the New Car Manager, ensured that we received the best price for our trade and made sure we received every discount that was applicable. Donavan ensured that we were happy with the final price and the car. Even after we drove off the dealership, Donavan kept(keeps) in contact to see if we are still happy with the vehicle and just to see how we are doing. What stands out the most is Donavan asking "What do you want from the car?" and Chase saying "Give us a chance."
