I have been looking off and on for a Tahoe for about 8-9 months. I kept looking online and noticed you had a couple on your lot. I was going back and forth from the Premier and RST. Ian Gustin ( sales consultant ) took me out to test drive both of them. In the end, the RST was the one I ended up going with. Ian was very patient with me, went over the features of both vehicles and explained everything to me. I'd definitely refer him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Pohanka Chevrolet.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I have not been to this location in many years. I was so pleased with the level of service. The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and explained the process of the repairs for my car. He also helped me with a rental car. I was not feeling well and exhausted but he made the process very easy and he was patient with my many questions.

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself.
