It took a little longer than expected because the replacement process was apparently more detailed since it was a Buick LaCrosse. I am satisfied with my visit. I do think more thorough inspections should be done. My headlight was out and I knew this before the visit, but on the checklist it was marked as good. I love the cookies that are left after service visits as well .
