2026 Chevrolet Suburban review
I recently purchased the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vehicle offers a perfect mix of power, luxury, and practicality. This was our first time dealing with Elkins, and I can honestly say they are unlike any other dealership (They're AMAZING!). We were coming from a very complicated and stressful situation with our prior lease, and from the start, JT and Bob were patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to work with us to find the best solution. They did not feel like typical car salespeople at all. There was no pressure and no haggling, which made the entire process feel refreshingly simple. What really blew us away was their honesty/integrity. They gave us a price months in advance while we were waiting for our current lease to run out, and even though nothing was on paper at the time, they honored that price when the time came. It’s rare to find a business that truly stands by their word. They seem to have such a streamlined process, it felt more like a personal concierge than a car dealership. There's no question we will be going back to them in the future. Highly recommended!!

I had an incredible experience at Hessert Chevrolet on Roosevelt Boulevard. As a father and a small business owner, I truly appreciate honesty, and this team went above and beyond. I came in with a battery issue, and they not only charged it but found a blown fuse and replaced it—and they didn't even charge me for it. In an industry where people often feel taken advantage of, they showed real integrity and care for someone who just needed to get back on the road safely. I want to give a huge shout-out to the gentleman at the service desk and the valet gentleman who helped me. Even though I didn't catch their names, their friendliness and professionalism were a breath of fresh air. They treated me like a neighbor, not just a customer. Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill review
I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.
