Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.

great communications. Sent the truck in via a tow truck and received notification that the vehicle arrived. From that moment forward I was kept current with communications up to and including that the vehicle was ready for pickup.

Surveys don't get to the real problems which I'm sure can be reviewed on the the daily footage. communication is key especially when you have so meany people that could.

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy.They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Within hours I was driving the vehicle off the lot. I should have asked for the new Corvette!! (LOL)

Treated like family in a very stressful time when making a purchase of a new truck!! So many questions but with out Wayne and Chris, the process would never have come to a completion! We bought the truck. These 2 employees spent a lot of time answering all our questions and trying to get financing into an understandable format for the family! This dealership was great without being overpowering. Unfortunately , the manufacturer doesn't make exactly what I want. But the dealership did work hard at trying to get satisfy my wish list.
