We were in the market for a car and came across what looked like a great deal at Walt Sweeney Ford on cars.com. I called the dealership and was put in touch with Brett Jostworth. We made arrangements to come in on Saturday. Took the car for a drive, made a minor request on the interior and bought the car the next day. The reason we made the decision so quickly was Brett. His approach to sales and general nature really made a stressful time not stressful at all. I can’t say enough great things about Brett!

Our recent purchase of a 2022 F150 Lariat was the simplest, most hassle-free purchase at a dealership we've ever had. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted warmly and walked through the entire process without ANY pressure. We had done a lot of research on both the vehicle we were looking at and the vehicle we were trading in, and in both cases, the team was very fair and honest. We were, and remain, so thankful for that. We will gladly...GLADLY...do business here again should we need another vehicle. We had the privilege of working with a new, young salesman (Jake) who had the help of others (Alex and Lou) to make this all go so smoothly. They all seem like a good team working together. Just a great experience. And...we love our new truck.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

From the moment I phoned the pre-owned vehicle department and spoke with Gary I was impressed with his professionalism. We had been to several dealerships and had a few bad experiences. We scheduled the appointment to look at the vehicle we were interested, and the moment we pulled up the vehicle was waiting for us to test drive. We were met by Ryan who was delightful and went with us on the test drive. Ryan explained all the gadgets and certainly was knowledgeable. After the test drive we were so impressed we spoke with Gary the sales manager about our next steps. Gary was not at all pushy and left us with much to consider. We knew then that they were who we wanted to work with moving forward in making a decision on a major purchase. The following day we met with Jordan who assisted with the paperwork. She too was on the "A" team at the dealership. We can not say enough about how much we appreciated the entire experience at Mike Castrucci in Milford! In 2013 we purchased a 2011 Suburban Chevrolet LTZ 7 passenger seats it’s the best purchased we have ever made . It has 99,000 miles we are in 2025 and it’s running like brand new. We haven’t spent one penny except for regular breaks and oil maintenance . I will never sell it , I will run it to the ground changing the parts that will need maintenance ! You can tow we use it for our fishing boat , it’s so spacious and the mileage for this size truck is pretty darn good ..

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

This car is extremely comfortable, hauls lots of people, powerful enough to pull a camper or boat, great turning radius especially for this size vehicle, adequate power, lots of luxury extras.

The 2010 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ/Diamond Edition is a very practical, comfortable and capable upscale SUV. Has no problems with driving experience and is equipped with all of the same features as the Cadillac Escalade ESV and GMC Yukon XL!

Love this truck and will only buy suburban s from now on . LTZ version with every cell and whistle they have . The only other vehicle I’d consider is the Cadillac Escalade .i bought mine in Hawaii then 4 years later shipped it to Oklahoma .

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

This full size sport utility vehicle is everything that my family would need, and more! The legroom for all passengers is phenomenal. The space behind the third row is unbeatable.
