2025 Chevrolet Suburban review
OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

After over a mth of unresolved phone calls to both the Somerset(service department & West Miflin (GM), nothing being resolved, limited phone calls to resolve my issue. I finally reached out to our Windber Memorial Chevrolet, and spoke to their GM (Johnathan), who was more than willing to listen and help! Johnathan told me that he would try to take care of my issues, but he had to make a phone call first, and then would call me back. WELL…Within 10mins, I received a return call from Johnathan telling me that my issue would be taken care of, that his location would pay to make it made RIGHT! 2019 Chevrolet Suburban review
It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.
