2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I came in for a check engine light issue, and instead of immediately ordering parts or starting duplicate work, she first reviewed our vehicle’s service history and realized the issue might have already been addressed. She recommended confirming the actual problem before ordering a part, which likely saved us unnecessary time and cost. She was efficient, thoughtful about the scope of work, and clearly looking out for the customer rather than just adding more service. Really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.
