This is the most amazing and most comfortable vehicle I ever bought. It glides over pot holes. It has lot of features. This model has Android Auto, Bluetooth, Sirius XM, sunroof.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

i was buying remote so it is always more difficult… i thought they would give up on me … they did not …. every person i talked to on the phone (and there were many and often) was patient kind and helpful … i regret not being able to meet them in person to say thank you … they earn their 5 star rating …

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

This is my 3 rd suburban in 20 years. Still have the 2002 model. I purchased a2021 SRT trim line. It is very well appointed vehicle with all the creature comforts one would need. Seats are my only gripe for a 6 ft 2 inch 230 lb driver. Seat bottom is short, not supporting entire thigh, firm and not plush, narrow back and seat. I have bot driven more than 500 miles in 4 weeks since I got it.

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

I bought my pickup at their Dudley location 2021. I would get offers in the mail from them. I got an offer saying they would give me $17,000 for my last truck but when I got there they were going to give me $11,000. I said no and left, next day they messaged me saying yes the would honor that offer. I ended up with a better truck than I was expecting. Service dept was always good, they do good work. Service advisors are polite and good at explaining things. It is a dealership with dealership prices on service but I always felt repair was done right. I recently had an issue with my transmission, fortunately I bought the extended warranty when I bought my truck. Except for the first $100 the repairs were covered. I hope to buy a new car later this yr, I don't know yet where I will buy it.

Ordered a 2022 Chevy Suburban LT 4x4 with the Diesel Engine. Absolutely love it. Great power/performance, and we're getting 20-30 MPG. Average for the first 3,200 miles has been over 27MPG. Drove from Michigan to Florida and back and the diesel eats up the mountains. On the flat part of Florida 2 lane highway we managed over 30mpg. Extremely comfortable, plenty of space, and nice safety features too. Great ride and handling. If you need a big vehicle the Suburban with the Diesel is your best option.
