Amazing Service one would expect when purchasing a vehicle including the amazing service department. It’s one thing to be happy with the vehicle you purchased let alone liking the salesperson involved, however what truly sets this dealership apart is its continued level of service that continues after the purchase, particularly from the Service Department. The Service Manager, Ron is truly polite and helpful and when it comes to customer service and satisfaction Jorge Quevedo is the man. This is definitely not your typical service department nor dealership as there level of quality of service separates them apart from any dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I can assure you I’m not an employee. Given that, my experience with Sam and this dealership was absolutely perfect! We were out of state buyers looking to purchase a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Platinum they had for sale on all the car apps. I called to verify it was still on the lot for sale and Sam answered the phone. He immediately was on my side for whatever I needed. I had him check a few things on the vehicle that we couldn’t see via the pictures and he was completely accommodating. Ordered a 2022 Chevy Suburban LT 4x4 with the Diesel Engine. Absolutely love it. Great power/performance, and we're getting 20-30 MPG. Average for the first 3,200 miles has been over 27MPG. Drove from Michigan to Florida and back and the diesel eats up the mountains. On the flat part of Florida 2 lane highway we managed over 30mpg. Extremely comfortable, plenty of space, and nice safety features too. Great ride and handling. If you need a big vehicle the Suburban with the Diesel is your best option.
