Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

This car is extremely comfortable, hauls lots of people, powerful enough to pull a camper or boat, great turning radius especially for this size vehicle, adequate power, lots of luxury extras.

I purchased a new Samsung S25. The Google GPS app on the phone would not connect to the GPS display in the Equinox. The Phone store where I purchased the phone could not get it to connect and neither could I. I and others thought possibly GM software was out of date. So, I brought the car to Sapaugh GM. The tech determined the software in Equinox to be the most recent upgrade. And after some troubleshooting decided to problem might be the phone's Google GPS app. He removed the GPS app from the S25 and reloaded it...the result was the GPS is now operational. I appreciate and respect the troubleshooting and repair capability of the Tech which extended past the GM boundary to an associated vendor. I use the GPS and consider it a tool for convenient, safe driving. Thank you Dan McHale

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

Great customer service getting my car in, ordering the parts needed and installation. When informed for pickup after installation, when I arrived , all paper work was complete, all I had to do was sign. This was a warranty repair on my 2019 Cadillac XT5 thermostat replacement. Would highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2013 Volvo and it needed a new blower. It did take a while to put in but the salesman I dealt with Zach S at the Econo low was very helpful. He kept on the mechanics and was put in. Not after having it only 3 days the check engine light came on and I am going to drop it off on Saturday and will have a courtesy vehicle to get by with until it is fixed!! I would definitely use Zach if you decide to buy a used car I’d ask for Zach S . He will definitely go above and beyond for you!! He even showed up on his day off to meet me!

In 2013 we purchased a 2011 Suburban Chevrolet LTZ 7 passenger seats it’s the best purchased we have ever made . It has 99,000 miles we are in 2025 and it’s running like brand new. We haven’t spent one penny except for regular breaks and oil maintenance . I will never sell it , I will run it to the ground changing the parts that will need maintenance ! You can tow we use it for our fishing boat , it’s so spacious and the mileage for this size truck is pretty darn good ..

Overall experience was fantastic, and we hate buying cars! 2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!
