Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

I had already come and I went several times to several car dealerships. unfortunately I am French and I speak very little English so I have never been able to buy a car. and luckily I met a seller who spoke French so I took advantage of it and was able to buy 2 cars.

This car is a great addition for our family. Lots of rooms for us with lots of comforts. It will provide us with the space needed as the kids grow.

This review is 3 months after buying, so you know it's honest. It's a long review because I had to comment on all the great experiences I had with multiple employees at AutoNation Honda in Sanford. I connected with salesman Dayton Babcock-Latta through E-commerce. I live in Melbourne, so doing business with a dealership 90 miles away is a time investment for me, and I'm very glad I made the investment. From the beginning, and beyond the sale, Dayton was extremely helpful and accommodating. Dayton worked with me to change my initial appointment to view a 2017 Ford Edge multiple times. Dayton couldn't have been nicer to me, my son and daughter during the appointment, test drive and the sale experience of the new-to-us 2017 Ford Edge. During the test drive, I noticed an odd grumble when braking. After the test drive, Dayton introduced me to his manager, Nelson Bryant, so I could provide my thoughts about the test drive and pricing compared to other Ford Edge's I had recently test driven at other dealers. Nelson asked if I could give him an hour so he could get a mechanic to investigate the grumble. Within the hour, Dayton let me know the mechanic identified the grumble was coming from a new brake rotor they had installed during their preparation of the vehicle for resale. Dayton also let me know Nelson could meet my price point. After the mechanic replaced both front rotors, we went for another test drive and it felt perfect. I was ready to make the purchase, but I didn't know Dayton's helpfulness was just getting started. Dayton made the paper work a breeze, including transferring a license plate I had and getting my insurance updated to add the Edge. During the paperwork process, Dayton found there was only 1 key fob for the Edge, but he didn't stop there. Once Dayton handed my off to the financing specialist, Sergio Perez Cedeno, to complete the sale, Dayton kept looking and found the 2nd key fob in another area of the dealership. Sergio was great at walking me through the sale portion and used vehicle warranty options. I was paying cash (debit card), so I thought this piece of the experience would be the easiest and least stressful, but my credit union declined the transaction so it quickly became the worst part of the day. Unfortunately, it was Saturday and after hours at this time, so I had no way to contact my credit union and get them to approve the transaction. This was all my fault because I didn't pre-approve the transaction with my credit union, so my options became ? finance the purchase so I could drive the Edge home that night (I could pay it off immediately, but I didn't want the unneeded new loan mark on my near perfect credit history), or I could drive 90 miles home that night and drive 90 miles back the next day to bring in a check so I could take the Edge home that weekend. Thankfully, Dayton's helpfulness jumped in again. Dayton offered the idea of splitting the purchase between a credit card and the debit card to reduce the debit card amount?maybe the smaller amount would be approved. It worked and we were able to drive the Edge home that night! Most reviews probably stop there, but my great experienced didn't. A couple days later, Dayton followed up to make sure we were still happy with the purchase. I let Dayton know we were happy, but the day before I had noticed the 3rd brake light was missing a clear cover and some of the LEDs weren't working. Dayton immediately made arrangements to make the repair at no cost to me. It took almost 2 months to make the time in my family?s busy schedule for the repair, but when I was finally ready so were Dayton and AutoNation Honda. Due to this excellent experience, I'll firstly and strongly consider using AutoNation Honda for any future vehicle purchases. This is the most amazing and most comfortable vehicle I ever bought. It glides over pot holes. It has lot of features. This model has Android Auto, Bluetooth, Sirius XM, sunroof.

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

Ordered a 2022 Chevy Suburban LT 4x4 with the Diesel Engine. Absolutely love it. Great power/performance, and we're getting 20-30 MPG. Average for the first 3,200 miles has been over 27MPG. Drove from Michigan to Florida and back and the diesel eats up the mountains. On the flat part of Florida 2 lane highway we managed over 30mpg. Extremely comfortable, plenty of space, and nice safety features too. Great ride and handling. If you need a big vehicle the Suburban with the Diesel is your best option.

I visited the dealership and appraised (based on milage and real condition of the car), once I had the correct value for the car and interest rate for financing, I made my offer, and once they confirmed the numbers, we made the deal in less than 15 minutes! I did visit a few dealerships were I wasted my time! Some dealerships don’t take the time to look at garbage they are selling. They go by time on the lot, the make and models and average market sale price not really looking into the real condition of the car. All the information I needed is easily accessible, if you know where to look. I deal with facts not averages!

This is our 4th Suburban, we are loyal Suburban buyers. It gives us a lot of room and we enjoy all of the options this new vehicle provides.
