During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

I went to the SouthBay dealership on Friday after work. Charlie was very helpful and transparent in their pricing. Charlie doesn’t waste your time and he’ll work with you in getting a fair price. I didn’t feel forced in purchasing the vehicle and I was able to test both the Mazda CX5 and Mazda 6. The entire staff there is friendly and they thoroughly explained their answers to my questions. I walked away with a cool blue shiny Mazda 6 and excited about the new car. If you’re going to buy a Mazda, buy it here ask for Charlie! You won’t regret it.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

This vehicle is exactly what we wanted and is much easier to drive than we expected, considering how big it is. The ride is really smooth, and the vehicle seems to be really well-built. We love the interior features.

This was literally the best, most smooth car buying experience I’ve ever been through. I had to drive about 40 miles to their dealership because they had the perfect car in stock, on the drive there I called them to ask if I can start the process now, in order to cut down time, since my drive was over an hour. Marvin sent me a credit app through text immediately and I filled it out. By the time I arrived at the dealership, Sara had already gotten approval from the bank. All I had left to do was sign and test drive and get the keys. It was the fastest I’ve ever gotten approved and been out the dealership, not to mention…I have horrible credit! It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

I was looking for a used Honda. Did a lot of search and TM Motors had the lowest price in Orange Couunty I went there skeptical as first. I brought my dad (a mechanic) along. I was amazed by how clean it was and my dad gave it two thumbs up. The staff was very accommodating and I go the extended warranty cheaper than I thought it would be.
