Easy process from start to finish - all in 24 hours. I saw a 24 Sportage listed online, contacted to be sure it was still there and promptly received an email letting me know it was and they could handle RI registrations. Stopped in to see it and met Garett who was very nice and professional and not at all pushy. He showed us the car, we said "yes" and while we could have taken it that day if we wanted to wait an hour, we had to go. Picked up the next day - literally walked in and Garett got up and handed us the keys. Loads of beautiful vehicles and easy to get to - right off of 395. I dread car shopping, but this was simple!

This is the most amazing and most comfortable vehicle I ever bought. It glides over pot holes. It has lot of features. This model has Android Auto, Bluetooth, Sirius XM, sunroof.

Ordered a 2022 Chevy Suburban LT 4x4 with the Diesel Engine. Absolutely love it. Great power/performance, and we're getting 20-30 MPG. Average for the first 3,200 miles has been over 27MPG. Drove from Michigan to Florida and back and the diesel eats up the mountains. On the flat part of Florida 2 lane highway we managed over 30mpg. Extremely comfortable, plenty of space, and nice safety features too. Great ride and handling. If you need a big vehicle the Suburban with the Diesel is your best option.

Recently had a major problem with the front end of my 2020 Equinox and needed a quick response and repair. We worked with Jackie Quinlan, who handled our entire service experience, and it was amazing. They fixed our problem and had the car finished in less than 4 hours!! Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

A lot of scheduled maintenance had to be done , and state inspection. It was done when promised and at a reasonable price .
