The dealership is relatively new so the facility is very clean and well maintained. All of the people that I met and delt with were welcoming, friendly and polite. If the dealership wasn't so darn far away from where I live, I would gladly frequent it more often. Anthony Saba was the salesman; a nice young man and easy to work with. Tylor (sp), I don't remember his last name, was the person who handled the financial side of my purchase. Also, very friendly and easy to work with.

He was very professional and well informed about the Chevy lineup while also being friendly and personable. He represented my interests to management as we worked out a final car sale. He assisted in getting my previous leased Blazer turned in as well as helping me get all of my personal items transferred to the new Equinox. He also dedicated plenty of time explaining the features of operation of my new Equinox. I felt the entire staff at Autonation - Mesa were very customer oriented.

We went to parts to get a key fob fixed, but had to purchase a new one. I was able to get someone to program the new key fob, our service advisor did not know how, he said service would have to do that, but the lady in parts said she could & someone else came over and a guy did it in about 5 min or less, so that was very helpful. We ended up purchasing a new used car. Our salesman was great, but we did have to come back in to sign something because something was missed when we signed paperwork.
