This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Friendly service associate and done as promised. Very clean facilities dealership is located close to home which makes it very convenient. They also sent reminders of the service appointment and follow-up to ensure your satisfaction.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

2023 Chevy trailblazer RS - Good small car. Issue 1 - not heated upper seats (great for car trips). Issue 2 - AC vents built for sport look, not functionality, no rear AC vents except for 2 very small ones at the back of the center console. Issue 3 - No park assist (waiting on chip to come in). Issue 4 - no rear view camera mirror. Issue 5 - no sunroof. Issues 3, 4 & 5 are available in the next step down model. Seriously??

My insurance company recommended Jack Demmer Ford to have some body work done. They were great!!! Texted me regularly to keep updated and finished my car repairs on time. Car looks wonderful and they gave it a really good cleaning inside & out. I will definitely use them again!

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. I got this SUV a few weeks ago, and I came from a Kia. A lot of reviews made me super nervous, but so far so good. I’ll update this as time goes of course. I have the LT model, and it feels so bulky and nice compared to my Kia.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

What a fun day we had with our salesman, Ron Zontini. He made the car-buying process easy. I bought 2021 Trailblazer LT AWD brand new when it first came out, prolly one of the first here in SoCal. Had it for almost 2 years, and this thing still drives like new. Smooth, quick, techie, super fun to drive. Gas mileage is better then most cars out on the road. The 3 cylinder turbo engine can go! I’ve owned many cars in my life, I would have to say this is the best overall in terms of styling, efficiency, driving pleasure. Oh yea, and I take it up to Big Bear mountains every week up the windy road, and it excels! This car badass.

Representative that took care of my oil change service was very professional and polite. The facility was very clean. The time frame for getting oil change was not very long.

Got a pretty good lease on a 2021 very noticeable blue Fwd. RS. Almost 20k miles on it already and has performed great so far. Gas milage is good, and as someone wrote in an early review, the vehicle is deceivingly all around quick. I'm most likely going to purchase it, at the end of the lease.
