I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

I bought 2021 Trailblazer LT AWD brand new when it first came out, prolly one of the first here in SoCal. Had it for almost 2 years, and this thing still drives like new. Smooth, quick, techie, super fun to drive. Gas mileage is better then most cars out on the road. The 3 cylinder turbo engine can go! I’ve owned many cars in my life, I would have to say this is the best overall in terms of styling, efficiency, driving pleasure. Oh yea, and I take it up to Big Bear mountains every week up the windy road, and it excels! This car badass.

Got a pretty good lease on a 2021 very noticeable blue Fwd. RS. Almost 20k miles on it already and has performed great so far. Gas milage is good, and as someone wrote in an early review, the vehicle is deceivingly all around quick. I'm most likely going to purchase it, at the end of the lease.

The primary thing I love about this car is room and comfort. My prior cars have all been sedans. This vehicle feels like a roomier sedan with more control.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I just bought a 2025 Chevrolet TrailBlazer RS in Nitro Yellow and it is a beautiful car. I couldn't be happier with my new Trailblazer. I did a ton of research on small suvs under $30,000 and you can not find a better vehicle equipped with the options I have on my TrailBlazer. I have the 1.3 turbo under the hood and this car moves. It's not slow or sluggish like I read in some reviews. If I wanted a fast car, I wouldn't have bought an SUV. Please don't let the experts stop you from buying a Trailblazer because you will love it just like I do. Thank you Chevrolet for giving us such an amazing vehicle!

2023 Chevy trailblazer RS - Good small car. Issue 1 - not heated upper seats (great for car trips). Issue 2 - AC vents built for sport look, not functionality, no rear AC vents except for 2 very small ones at the back of the center console. Issue 3 - No park assist (waiting on chip to come in). Issue 4 - no rear view camera mirror. Issue 5 - no sunroof. Issues 3, 4 & 5 are available in the next step down model. Seriously??

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

I downsize from a Chevy Traverse which has 195000 miles. I am extremely happy with my Trailblazer and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. It may be smaller than a Traverse but there is plenty of room inside.
