We recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Touring XT from Julian at Ciocca. Great experience again. We had reached out to Julian directly because he had sold us our 2025 Forester back in July. As with the Forester, Julian did his best to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the deal on the Outback. He was waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership and he had the Outback ready for test drive. Definitely recommend.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Went to get a transmission serviced took a test drive on a new car and I bought the car it was an excellent day and great service from the sales team

I downsize from a Chevy Traverse which has 195000 miles. I am extremely happy with my Trailblazer and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. It may be smaller than a Traverse but there is plenty of room inside.

Regular service, oil change, grease and tire rotation. The car needed a good wash and they did that too. All very timely and at reasonable cost. We bought this car used and have been getting it serviced here since buying it. Service has always been wonderful.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Bought this from chevrolet Lindsey in Woodbridge. DO NOT LET THE PUT ON YOUR TEMP TAGS! They used the wrong screws for mine and it stripped the screw wholes.

I had my 2nd car in for Inspection on Wednesday October 3. It was a very good experience they even corrected a problem with my digital display that I didn't even ask them to fix. The previous dealership where I bought the car couldn't fix it. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly

The primary thing I love about this car is room and comfort. My prior cars have all been sedans. This vehicle feels like a roomier sedan with more control.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. 2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

2023 Chevy trailblazer RS - Good small car. Issue 1 - not heated upper seats (great for car trips). Issue 2 - AC vents built for sport look, not functionality, no rear AC vents except for 2 very small ones at the back of the center console. Issue 3 - No park assist (waiting on chip to come in). Issue 4 - no rear view camera mirror. Issue 5 - no sunroof. Issues 3, 4 & 5 are available in the next step down model. Seriously??

I just bought a 2025 Chevrolet TrailBlazer RS in Nitro Yellow and it is a beautiful car. I couldn't be happier with my new Trailblazer. I did a ton of research on small suvs under $30,000 and you can not find a better vehicle equipped with the options I have on my TrailBlazer. I have the 1.3 turbo under the hood and this car moves. It's not slow or sluggish like I read in some reviews. If I wanted a fast car, I wouldn't have bought an SUV. Please don't let the experts stop you from buying a Trailblazer because you will love it just like I do. Thank you Chevrolet for giving us such an amazing vehicle!

I was super pleased with Outten service!. I'll start with Eve who is always courteous when answering the phone and setting up service. My 2018 Equinox just stopped accelerating and died. Eric took oversight of my car so professionally. The service tech was very polite...sorry I didn't get his name. The cashier, Mary, was so friendly, and, again was professional. It was raining outside and I had various items in my hands since I was changing back to my car. She gave me a plastic bag in which to put everything! Then, as I was standing at the service exit door, Jodi came over with a large umbrella and walked me out to my car. I know she got wet because she made sure I was fully covered!!! Excellent SUV with many nice features, stylish interior and exterior, reliable with no repairs in over 3 years. Good acceleration, great gas mileage and comfortable ride.

Had to buy a car during the covid shutdown. Found one at this dealer on their online Inventory. James was easy to talk to, understood our situation and worked extra to get us financed/settled. Car was delivered on time, in perfect condition and paperwork took less than 15 minutes to complete. Easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I took my Pacifica van in for a scheduled service appointment. They got me in right away. The job was scheduled to take two hours and sure enough I was updated at the two hour mark that they were just about done. They needed a few more minutes to download an update/ recall for the radio system. I appreciated the Crysler update as my radio would act up and freeze from time to time. The best part was that the job cost less than I was quoted by $60. How often does that happen??? My only downside was with the mechanic himself who did not clean up after himself. I had greasy/oily boot prints all over my interior trim pieces. I can't knock the dealership for that. The mechanic just needs to spend a minute to clean up. Lastly, I needed to use the restroom while I was there. The building and the restroom were older, but the restroom was clean and didn't smell. I really appreciated that. All in all it was a great experience.
