We had been researching and reviewing cars for a while. When we walked into Key Hyundai of Manchester, took a Tuscon 2023 for a test drive, well, that was the end of our search. Not only was the car the one we fell in love with; Brianna was a great representative for the dealership. She was patient with answering our many questions and quite efficient in processing the paperwork. She helped us from the moment we walked in the door until we were happily driving off in our new Tucson, ensuring us she'd be happy to continue answering any questions that may come up! This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Had a great experience buying a used car here. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured, and being a single female, that was important to me. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in, and their cars are reasonably priced. Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

very good . the pm's that werte compleated were checked off and not everey box was checked off like last time . it i see a box checked off and that service was not required or compleated i will go somplace other than your location. a good pm programhave has certain guidelines to fallow. the person compleating the pm's should not check of a pm that he did not comcomplete, and checked off after completion. i hav worked with vehicle pm programe in the U,S MARINES AND U.S Army and U.S Air Force . alos for the city of chicopee for 30 years. it was unacceptable and quite shocking when i picked up my truck to find all pm check boxed checked . this was not my last pm with you but the one befor. ,

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

Excellent SUV with many nice features, stylish interior and exterior, reliable with no repairs in over 3 years. Good acceleration, great gas mileage and comfortable ride.

Edwin was great to work with from the beginning. He reached out shortly after I inquired about the car and scheduled a time the next day to take a test drive. They were able to complete the purchase that day so I could take the car home. Overall, both Edwin and their Finance department were easy to work with.

I got this SUV a few weeks ago, and I came from a Kia. A lot of reviews made me super nervous, but so far so good. I’ll update this as time goes of course. I have the LT model, and it feels so bulky and nice compared to my Kia.

Although I live on Long Island, I chose to bring my 2021 Corvette back to Executive (where I purchased it) for a minor problem. I was impressed with the service mgr.(Kevin) because he was concerned that the Vette was parked under a tree, and told an employee to move it so it wouldn't get soiled(sap). I was grateful that Jennifer was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours of me calling her. Mark was my service advisor and he was a pleasure to deal with- he took the time to explain to me the problem and the steps they took, and the phone calls they made to Chevrolet, to resolve the problem. When the repair was completed the Corvette tech. (Steve) parked the car off to the side where it would be "safe". Everybody that handled the car treated it with respect. Although it's almost a 300 mile roundtrip from my home, I will definitely use Executive for my scheduled services.

2023 Chevy trailblazer RS - Good small car. Issue 1 - not heated upper seats (great for car trips). Issue 2 - AC vents built for sport look, not functionality, no rear AC vents except for 2 very small ones at the back of the center console. Issue 3 - No park assist (waiting on chip to come in). Issue 4 - no rear view camera mirror. Issue 5 - no sunroof. Issues 3, 4 & 5 are available in the next step down model. Seriously??

Tim was Great. Couldn't be happier with Tim and Central Chevy and our experience. Even though Bertera Chevy's price was little better, we chose Central Chevy ultimately because of Tim- our Sales Rep. I bought 2021 Trailblazer LT AWD brand new when it first came out, prolly one of the first here in SoCal. Had it for almost 2 years, and this thing still drives like new. Smooth, quick, techie, super fun to drive. Gas mileage is better then most cars out on the road. The 3 cylinder turbo engine can go! I’ve owned many cars in my life, I would have to say this is the best overall in terms of styling, efficiency, driving pleasure. Oh yea, and I take it up to Big Bear mountains every week up the windy road, and it excels! This car badass.

During my search for a new Chevy (I had the GM card with $8000 off a new vehicle) I found that certain dealerships were friendlier and more helpful than others. I was pleased with the interaction of sales and service at Middletown Chevrolet (Key) especially after being cut down by another salesman at another Chevy Dealership - will NEVER go back there ever. Mike in Sales, Devin/Josh in service are definitely great reps of the company. Both the purchase of my 2025 2RS Trax and first service went very well. It was a quality experience of which I am very happy!

Got a pretty good lease on a 2021 very noticeable blue Fwd. RS. Almost 20k miles on it already and has performed great so far. Gas milage is good, and as someone wrote in an early review, the vehicle is deceivingly all around quick. I'm most likely going to purchase it, at the end of the lease.

I am TOTALLY pleased with purchase of my Trailblazer RS It rides beautifully/gets great mileage/has a very nice interior and a larger screen I actually was thinking more about an Equinox, however, I have a close friend who also recently purchased a Trailblazer She is also very pleased with her purchase

I downsize from a Chevy Traverse which has 195000 miles. I am extremely happy with my Trailblazer and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. It may be smaller than a Traverse but there is plenty of room inside.
