I bought my LTZ as a Certified Pre Owned, already 5 Years old. I have driven it for 3.5 years and just had to pay for my first Repair - a broken motor mount. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I am 6' 4" and go 250 lbs so space and comfort are paramount for me, and I could not be happier.

First Chevy I've ever owned. Took a chance on it due to the insane deal I got from dealership. Been 2 years now and only had one issue...O2 sensors replaced..other than that nothing..it's been a great car, lots of room, classy interior and dogs love it for long road trips.

Buying was stressful and vehicle was poorly detailed and prepared. Was very hard to get extra set of keys.

It’s a great car for every day use but it could have better performance considering the engine in the car. Not gonna lie but it does ok with slight modifications to increase power but would only recommend if you’re looking for a sleeper build lol. Over all it’s fairly comfortable , has its issues but it’s ok. Had to replace the transmission due to a recall. Apart from that it has over 98k miles on the original engine. I love the fun little features with the infotainment systems and the ltz trim was just perfect It does have a Tv in the 2nd row for the little ones I would 100% recommend this car as I got this car brand new with 2 miles from factory. It’s an amazing car.

This is my second traverse and I’ve never liked the seats in driver & passenger seats. They are uncomfortable getting in and out of. Not much room in back once front seats are adjusted and we’re not tall or large people! The windshield wipers are always noisy & scrub windshield. We purchased traverse as there was not enough room in any of the Equinox that we looked at and drove. Now that we’re older we would not purchase traverse or equinox due to way the seats are. The seating in my 2009 Traverse were much more comfortable and easier to get in and out of as the seats were so different than 2016 ones. Now I need to get recalls completed before we sell/trade! Thanks for reading and hopefully changes will be made in Traverse for the better! I’ve had Suburban that I really liked to as it was very roomy! My husband is a die-hard Chevy-GM customer and he has never bought me anything to drive but Chevrolets to drive.

I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! We had a great purchase experience, thanks to exceptional service from our sales representative, Tommy Lane, who was able to find us the vehicle with the colors and features we wanted and get it to their dealership from another dealership the same day. He also took almost an hour after his shift was supposed to end to go over all the vehicle features before we went home with the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. Edward Brown also did a great job during the sales paperwork process of fully explaining every document and walked us through the various financing and warranty options without pressuring us into any specific route.
