I've purchased probably 20 new vehicles in my life thus far. This was the best purchase experience I've had to date. Dan, Kasey and the service team were exceptionally patient...I had a lot of questions. The service team was also exceptionally helpful as well answering some very detailed and specific questions with respect to the vehicle I was purchasing. I have always liked GM vehicles but having a great dealer to stand behind the product is more important than anything to me. The facility is state of the art and I like that but the people seem genuinely interested in doing right by me. If they continue to treat me as they have I will have little reason to ever look anywhere else for a vehicle. Really a great purchase experience and a really good deal as well.

I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

The entire process was smooth, efficient and extremely pleasant. No pressure and no surprises and the entire team was very friendly and helpful. An excellent experience in every way.

I have the Z71 Traverse. I love the body style, its performance and the way it handles on the road. It is exactly what I wanted!

We've bought vehicles from several different dealerships and this was by far our best experience. They had the truck ready for us when we arrived and let us test drive it at our leisure. They were down to earth and easy to talk to. After running the credit check and coming back with an offer, the manager came back with an even better offer, after they had us already ready to sign for the previous offer. I live in Waukesha I couldn't make a deal on an incoming car, but I ended up ordering the car to spec from another dealer who had three allocations the dealers in Iowa, but it's gonna cost me $600 to ship the car which is not that bad because I'm saving thousands of dollars I previously purchased another brand of vehicle from this dealer as well but they're one of the largest Ford dealers in the Midwestern United States, which is how they ended up getting my business originally they have a big presence on all of the ford forums so the deals are out there people you just have to look for them. It's not 2022 anymore And ford sales numbers of public Especially when it comes to models like mustangs. But at least I tried to get my local deal of the business first and I provided evidence to them of the deal I could get because you know how it is. They always say that you're lying about the deal you can get. Etc etc etc Do your research you can always save money. It's a Ford. It's not a Porsche GT 3RS OK.

It was good. The paperwork process when closing was a bit messy though. The wrong information was reflected on the docs and I still don’t have a copy of them that I can access.

Went to the service department reference questions about my oil and the start button on my vehicle. My received great customer service from Key and Marlon. Marlon even showed me the level of oil and how to determine certain features and topped off my windshield fluid. They both insured all my questions were answered and Key followed up prior to me leaving. Great service!!!!!

An overall great car buying experience. The only negative is I have to go back to get a spare key made. Great staff! Highly recommend!

This was our first time dealing with Elkins, and I can honestly say they are unlike any other dealership (They're AMAZING!). We were coming from a very complicated and stressful situation with our prior lease, and from the start, JT and Bob were patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to work with us to find the best solution. They did not feel like typical car salespeople at all. There was no pressure and no haggling, which made the entire process feel refreshingly simple. What really blew us away was their honesty/integrity. They gave us a price months in advance while we were waiting for our current lease to run out, and even though nothing was on paper at the time, they honored that price when the time came. It’s rare to find a business that truly stands by their word. They seem to have such a streamlined process, it felt more like a personal concierge than a car dealership. I was online and scheduled a test drive for the next morning. When I arrived, Xavier Perez met me and had the vehicle ready for me. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Xavier helped me transfer some items from my current truck to the new truck. He facilitated with the service shop to have my NFab boards removed and put on my new truck and even put on my new tags and removed the license plate holder and hitch holder. Xavier was professional, seasoned and knew what to ask and how to make my purchasing process go smoothly. He is an excellent example of a veteran sales professional at Young Chevrolet

Service department always gets us in and out quickly they always let us know of what our vehicle needs and what would always is kind and they care about their customers
