WOW! What a GREAT experience! I took my sweet time finding the right vehicle in the right color and I mean, I took my sweet time. My salesman, Emilio was patient, not pushy, never seemed to get annoyed with my back and forth decisions or that I made him wait a looooong time to pull my credit. He was just a joy to work with the entire process. In addition, when he was away from me, other employees asked if I needed water or anything while I waited. Everyone was super nice! The final process of purchasing with finance was also pretty amazing. The one I worked with, forgot his name, was super nice, explained a lot, very personable and even gave me a pointer on how to get money back on my trade in vehicle from the previous dealer. Went in to replace a 2025 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss which was totaled in an accident. Salesman Matt Wright met us at the scheduled time and worked with us, looking at two trucks (a 1500 Trail Boss and 2500HD 4x4). The sale was going to be easy as the insurance had just paid off the totaled truck. Matt spent time showing us both trucks and taking us for test drive in both. Matt was patient as it took me quite some time to decide which truck to purchase. Matt and the entire staff at Auto Nation Gilbert were professional and efficient. I started the search process online. When I found the truck I wanted, Nikki (Courtney) and her team were able to work out the deal I wanted. When I got to the dealership it was all ready to go. No surprises. They also let me know about an additional bonus $500 off using the GM Card toward down payment. The finance guy was also very good. He told me about warranty options. We were not able to spend any more for an extended cuz we hit our budget limit but he was able to get us one that was basically free after the $1250 incentive offered with it. Everybody was nice. Nobody was pushy. All the text replies were quick. I would for sure go to Autonation again.
