I wanted to buy local, and honestly wasn't sure of what vehicle I wanted. I'd owned Chevrolet before; I'd owned Jeep and Dodge before; and I was kind of leaning toward a new Ford. I stopped in to see Joe Cottingham one afternoon. I'd known Joe from high school, but had never bought from Joe before. His friendly demeanor, and willingness to work with me, as I had already had a buyer for my current Jeep. Joe was super helpful with my buyer/trade. I was impressed! Joe found the Chervy Colorado I was looking for within that first day. We looked at others, but I came back to that one. On day of delivery, Joe took the time to go through the vehicle and features. He covered everything before he sent me on my way. I am happy I stayed local, and bought from Joe! I would recommend Dan Young GM to friends and family. 2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.

This was my second time buying my new car at ray chevrolet and I couldn?t be happier. I was lucky enough to work with Rupe both times and he took great care of me. When I initially came in, both Rupe and Ryan did everything they could to get me in the exact car I wanted and they made my experience so much easier than I expected.
