After a few days of back and forth communication with Garrett, I made the trip from south of Kansas City to Cameron. It was well worth the little drive!!! Garrett was very personable, NO PRESSURE, and VERY PATIENT! I was deciding between 3 vehicles, he answered all my questions and did not try to persuade or rush me! Should all auto buyers be lucky enough to have a salesman like Garrett! Brandon did a great job answering my questions in the prepurchase. Though he was off the day I flew up, Tim stepped in and showed the vehicle and took the pre purchase information with ease. Lee the finance job was friendly but stuck to business and I appreciated that, he did try to sell me the world only the vehicle. I usually pay cash for my cars and my last purchase the finance guy spend and hour trying to get me to take a loan with them instead. I really appreciated when he finished, he led the way to his door shook my hand and said, "We could visit, but you have a seven hour drive a head you and you need to get on the road." He was right. Best group of people to work with in the industry. No pushy salesman trying to up sale you on what you don't need or ask for. Their knowledge of the product is top notch and if they don't know the answer to your question they say so and the mission of finding the right answer begins. The owner of the company instills his ethics in all his employees which is honesty and treat your customer as if it was you on the other side of the table. I'd give more than a 5 Star rating if possible
