Karen helped us immediately in a friendly manner without being pushy, which is wonderful. We enjoyed good conversation with her and the owner. All the time consuming paperwork was handled by Karen so I did not have to deal with any of that. When we came to pick up the vehicle, the signing of the documents was a quick process and no one tried to push additional charges on us!! Somewhat rushed because I was there late in day. So i do understand that. I bought an EV for the first time and there is a huge learning curve. I didn't have any apps downloaded to obtain a charge and it was very anxiety provoking to find chargers and which apps to use when it was obvious I'm not the most technical person around at my age.
