I highly recommend this service department for vehicle repair, even if you don't own a GM product....The facilities are clean, the personell friendly and the service department awesome....Charles is the best mechanic on the planet and Erin is the best service writer.....Any service I need is handled flawlessly. This dealership will be at the top of my list when looking for a new Chevrolet..
Ed did an excellent job he made this process very easy I would come back again and again I was actually a customer in 2007 and he made the process very simple we did most of it through phone calls and text messaging and I couldn’t be happier I will recommend him over and over again
recently went in to just see what my options would be with my credit. the finance manager made me feel like a million bucks! he got me approved for a new jetta with all the extra options for a super cheap deal. the saleman went through the entire car with me so i understood everything! I met the service department people and set up for my first oil change for a year in advance, they seem super friendly! this was my first time buying a car myself and i was nervous i was going to be taken advantage of. but i wasnt! everyone was extremely fair with me. i highly recommend them to anyone! plus my husband is a solider and i really liked the fact they support moutainfest for the past 3 years on post
Saw car on website, was very clean, spoke to manager, he said car was as clean as the pictures. I bought the car sight unseen and had it shipped to my house, car looked better than pictures. The guys here took care of everything, financing , shipping . Was a very positive experience all the way around.
So I went to look at a vehicle and I found what I wanted and was chatting online and went up to test drive and that went well after signing everything the sales person was going to fill the car with gas which I thought was very nice and then while going over features one of the features did not work so they advised me to try a different usb cable and if that didn't work then to contact them so I did via internet and the internet person was going to let sales person know ... that being said it's been a week no contact from salesman and they never put gas in vehicle ... my thought if you say your going to do something do it.. I guess after you sign the paper work you get put on back burner....
My experience with Ben was wonderful he was very helpful and always answered any questions I had he made the process so easy and I was in and out and still had time for the rest of my weekend
