I would purchase one of these I love this Mammoth SUV it has magnificent power the acceleration is so smooth and quick and the best part the stereo hits the speakers are nice it's a huge vehicle and I like the Simplicity in the interior and exterior design I'm also a sucker for the heated seats Chevy did it right with this vehicle I've been driving my mom's I've driven my friends Chevy Silverado is a nice truck my friends had a few equinoxes I've driven those not a huge fan but this Traverse has my heart

What a nice smooth ride the Traverse gives you. Looks good, sounds good and has enough power to pull what I need. The look and technology are awesome. 2014 Chevrolet Traverse review
I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

2018 Chevrolet Traverse review
My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

Dan Beneventi, Great Salesman, he listened to me and helped me with my questions and made sure I got what I wanted. No pressure tactics. That alone had me sold on buying a vehicle from him. Dan also was great with communicating with me as I didn't leave with the vehicle that day. I had to go back the following Saturday to get it. 2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! 2021 Chevrolet Traverse review
we went to Phillips Chevy in Lansing to look a new cars, we were greeted by Mike Stramaglia who showed us some new cars. as we were looking at new cars he found a used car for us that was much more reasonable and with the features we wanted. Very spacious, I have 3 kids (two are teens) and a doberman. We all fit with plenty of room left over. Powerful and quiet, infotainment system is above average. No complaints.

Travis ( the gm ) and his staff are top notch. Addy greeted us at the door and was so professional. She got us connected with Travis in sales and eventually Travis the gm closed the deal. The Travis(s) handled the sale on our new suburban while Astrid lead our finance portion. As someone who loathes car buying experiences, the haggling and gimmicks that waste people’s time, this dealership is a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond sourcing a vehicle for us to ensure we got everything we wanted. The price was fair and we wasted little time getting to a final number, that experience and price couldn’t be beat. From there, Astrid was great at outlining services and finance offers at the dealership. Everyone was kind , courteous, and most of all efficient. There isn’t a dealer like it out there in the Des Moines area that gets you the car you want, is fast to a good price, and finance was fair in describing their services and getting us out the door. Well done we will be buying from yall again in the future and highly recommend others do so as well.
2023 Chevrolet Traverse review
We have only had it a few days , Initial impression is good . Very comfortable to ride in and this is only the LS version . Probably the only midsize SUV with a V6 that you can still get for $33000 . V6 runs well , can't speak to the mileage yet as it isnt even broken in yet but should get 27-28 mpg out on the highway with a 9 speed auto . As of right now it shifts well . Really like the two tone interior . Has soft touch vinyl . Probably a few. spots on doors where the vinyl is a little hard and looks a little cheap it does not bother me . Exterior wise I like the LED headlights which seem to work well enough . Also like the LED DRL's which turn amber when you put the signal lights on . also has LED taillights and reverse lamps . Interior had LED reading lamps and interior lamps . The auto stop/start has a button to turn it off . This was a must for me . A deal breaker if it did not have it . It is down next to the shifter . The seats on mine are cloth , very nice lighter tan and the cloth is very tough material which should not wear out . Very happy with them and they are reasonably comfortable . The second row will recline a little though not as much as the first row . The second row is a bench type seat as this the LS version which is the cheapest one . Even this version has Blind spot and lane departure warnings, accident avoidance system,Lane keep assist Rear cross traffic alert . These aren't something I really wanted and will actually probably turn them off as I don't need the car manuvering the car on it's own . As far as long term reliability only time will tell . Initailly I see no issues with the car and everything seems to work though I havent really gone thru all features yet , I hope to get 10 years and 150000 miles out of this without a lot of trouble . Don't let me down Chevy .

2023 Chevrolet Traverse review
Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

2023 Chevrolet Traverse review
I drove a 2011 Chevrolet Travers and in 2018 decided I wanted a car. Sooo I figured I’d trade it in and what a mistake that was my family then grew again and we are very much needing to up size again. My Traverse rode very good. I had lots of people tell me how much they loved the room that a Traverse offered I also liked that. The ride was very smooth and just very much comfortable. So I’d like to go back to a Traverse and stick with it. I’m retired and ready to travel some. So I’d like to go in comfort.

2018 Chevrolet Traverse review
I decided to go with the Chevy traverse and not the Chevy Tahoe.I own two Chevy Tahoe’s.And after the the problems we had with the engines and the traction control and stability control always popping on,I swear I would never buy another Tahoe.So we decided to go with the Chevy traverse and I was shocked at how much more room there was in the backseat compared to the Tahoe and right now so far so good

2022 Chevrolet Traverse review
I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.
2024 Chevrolet Traverse review
I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.
