He stayed nearly two hours past closing time to walk me through every feature of my new Equinox EV — the charging system, one-pedal drive, adaptive cruise control, Google Assistant, the wiper controls, OnStar setup, and much more. He didn't have to do that. The sale was done. He did it because he genuinely cares that his customers leave confident and comfortable with their new vehicle. Collin then took over and sent me a detailed video of the outside, inside and even the underside. The pricing was agreed upon amicably, subject to my personal inspection and test drive. Can’t say anything bad about this car. Comfortable, fun to drive and a great value. Only concern might be the longevity of the 3 cylinder engine. Bought an extended warranty to handle that potential issue.
