My 2019 Trax LT hasn't had any problems. (knock wood) The stereo system is great, if the headrest would tilt back it'd be a 5 star on comfort. As is, long trips are comfortable. The turbo hesitates if I haven't kicked it in before it's needed. Blow the cobwebs out so to speak. Overall, I love my lil' blue Trax LT.

I brought my Trax about one year ago. No problems at all. Very comfortable to drive. Gas mileage is very good. I would buy another Trax again.

WHERE can I start? I have bought many many cars over the years and I was referred to Wendy due to other dealers not wanting to take the time to stop and help. Not Wendy she was on point from the start told her what exactly I needed to have and a few hrs later she found it. Went to dealer 1.5 hrs later I am driving home!! This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

I’ve had no issues with this! Even braving the Minnesota winter roads was nothing for it! I slid and the car handled it like a champ! Very reliable, great gas mileage, and very comfortable!

Chris is great to deal with. He went over and above in every area of the sale. I have bought many vehicles in my life and have never felt as comfortable about buying a used one as I did dealing with chris. I will be buying from him again.

I purchased this car with 23000 miles 5 years later no problems. My Wife and I are in our 70’s the vehicle has 61000. Miles on it. We plan on keeping it.

I leased my 2015 Chevy Trax (basic trim) new on March 2025 as my 21st birthday present to myself. Since it’s my first official first car purchase, I was on top of my maintenance. I’ve already taken it to a lot of road trips and decided to own it October 2018. Took it to more road trips ever since. The issues I had on it has been the AC. I did a whole 100k service on it as well, and have had to replace the spark plugs. Otherwise, the engine is still running great on me and now at 110K+ ! I am looking to replace this car at some point in the near future though since I’m growing out of it already. But I’m super happy with this car (I named my Trax as Trixie) as it has been reliable on me most of the time. It was fun to drive in my 20s and I personally love the handling on it as well. I’m driving my 2015 Trax till it completely dies on me. Would be a nice surprise if it gives me another 50-100K+ miles— we shall see!

Went in for a tire repair. Very courteous. The repair was quick and no further problems. Nothing else to say. Okay I'll drag this out until I get 25 word.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

Like the Auto 4 wheel drive living near Buffalo, N.Y. So far short trips only, comfortable, have the LT model good gas not fantastic, ride good because of large tires, a little stiff.

I bought in my 2021 Blazer in for collision repair, not only was the repair done when promised. The vehicle was detailed inside and out fantastic service.

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

Scott Good... absolutely Not who you want to work with in my opinion. However, the manager Mike Majerowicz redeemed the whole situation thankfully. I was so in love with the vehicle I had test drove and had a small window to make a trade happen. Mike was able to take over, work with me and get everything moving in the right direction. Both him and the other sales helper were very understanding of my situation and made it as easy as possible for me the day of sale. I was able to leave Michigan and make it home to Colorado in time to pickup someone from the airport in a safer vehicle than I had. The trade in value wasnt as much as others, but the purchase value was lowest in the stae, it all balanced really well. Highly Recommended

A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!

Brought brand new 2015 Trax AWD and now has 91,000 miles. I can't believe what people are saying about problems with there's,.I had to change the radio that cost me 735 bucks changed the transmission fluid and normal tune up along with brakes as normal. I hope this lasts for 200,000 miles as long as I change the oil at 40-50 percent. Best vehicle I have ever brought

It accelerates better than most think depending on how you drive it. I have used the manual feature it does extremely well. I have had 5 men in it, pulls well. Dont knock it. Fuel milage is good.

Outstanding . They go above and beyond in the repair department. My Acadia looks brand new . They cleaned the inside , even scrubbed the floor mats . I wasn?t expecting not expecting that so it was a lovely surprise.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

I have driven my trax for 120,000 miles and I don't know if I have been very lucky or the car is very good, it has 120,000 miles and I have only changed the AC radiator, front brakes, oil every 10,000 miles and tires, not a single more mechanical expense, does not cause problems and it looks good
