I switched from a Hyundai Sonata sedan to the '25 Chevy Trax. I like the exterior as well as interior look of the car, especially given the reasonable price. Gas mileage is good and the car rides comfortably. The controls on the driver side are a little close to one another, but overall, I'd highly recommend this car.

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

Unexpectedly had to swap my 2020 Trax for the 2025 Trax & haven’t regretted it one bit. I am so in love with the 2025 design, it’s so spacious, and rides smooth! Joe Rice at Weber Chevrolet always makes my experience feel seamless.

Very sporty looking, economical and fun to drive car without breaking the bank. It’s is my second one sold 2024 model after driving 40k never given me trouble. Exterior and interior is next level you won’t get bored of. Don’t get fooled with the 3 cylinder I don’t even realize how quick it hits 150 kmph on hi-way. I figured with high octane gas it’s even faster you can think of. Hope this helps.

A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!

It accelerates better than most think depending on how you drive it. I have used the manual feature it does extremely well. I have had 5 men in it, pulls well. Dont knock it. Fuel milage is good.

i had wrote a review before and it was not good. i just got home from trading in my trouble car. i got a 2014 car with only 47,000 miles. way better then my last purchase! these guys are great. gus and jimmy are so great! they really helped me out alot and they really worked with me and they did there best to make sure i was satisfied and happy! i truly am very happpy with my service today and i can honestly say i left there a satisfied customer with a reliable vehicle for me and my kids. i highly recomend them to anyone and i will most certainly be using them for future purchases.

I’ve had no issues with this! Even braving the Minnesota winter roads was nothing for it! I slid and the car handled it like a champ! Very reliable, great gas mileage, and very comfortable!

Came in and bought a Chevy Trax. In the sales team I had the joy of working with Ryan Parker. He knew we were on a bit of a time crunch and moved us thru the process pretty fast. He also checked on us the next day. We had a bit of a snag with the vehicle a week later and he was available to help. Made sure we were taken care of and followed back up with me again. I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

I purchased a Nissan rouge, told the dealer what I want in my rouge and they found it for me. I also purchased a camero. Professional staff. I will always get my cars from Carmax in Whitemarsh

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

after buying a car from these guys i did have the check engine light come on and another issue . after calling mark he asked me to come in so he could check it out - to my surprise he was courteous and fixed the problem even though the car had higher miles and was sold as is . I read some reviews on here and told mark . we both agreed that even though these cars are sometimes sold as is , as long as its with in reason he will take care of the problem . good guy to deal with . thanks for the help

This car met most of my needs, Love the backup camera and alarm, and the blind spot warning lights in the sideview mirrors. This car has many features of the more expensive models. This car could use more cargo room, like better roof racks, and a larger cargo area. Overall it is well worth the money, if you don't need a pick-up.
