Julie is such a wonderful woman to work with. I was checking on what I could afford and found I could buy brand new with my trade in for no difference in my car payment. Plus she went above and beyond tossing in a few extras and working with me on my trade in value. Always a great experience. I've been a Chrysler World customer since they opened and wouldn't think of going anywhere else to buy again.
We found the perfect 2015 Town and Country on the Chrysler world website. We were hesitant about picking a vehicle out online without driving it or even seeing it person. We made the three hour trip in hopes that the vehicle would not disappoint. Chrysler world did not let us down. Lee our fabulous salesman had the van pulled up to the front door before we barely walked through the doors. To our suprise there was one extra that was missing on the vehicle. At that point we were pretty sad that we may leave the dealership without our perfect van. But Lee did not let us down. He worked with us to get that much wanted extra, and our two girls were very happy to hear that they would be getting that all important overhead DVD player in the new van. The finance department was also awesome, best buying experience we ever had. Looking forward to doing future business here, and would highly recommend to friends and family.
We had a great experience at Village Auto Oconto. We went into to look for a specific truck we were interested in on their website, but it was already sold.(We did not call ahead to check on it,glad we didn't) so we browsed around to look at the rest of the trucks. We had purchased a truck here back in 2010 with 115K mile and it lasted us until last fall when we sold with 260K We decided to test drive an 05 Chev Silverado Crewcab which is in excellent shape and we bought. Dealing with Tom was besides being very friendly made it a fun way to deal. If and when the time comes for a different vehicle we will check with Village Auto.

I have had my 2011 Silverado 1500 Max Tow 4x4 Extended Cab since it was new. This truck has never let me down and never fails to put a smile on my face when I need it to do something new or challenging. One of the most comfortable long-haul vehicles I have ever owned. Power to spare (6.2 liter engine) and reasonable gas mileage (average of 15.8 mpg over 65,000 city and highway miles). My local Chevrolet Dealership does all of the routine maintenance and I have never had any problems, small or large, with this truck. As reliable as the proverbial Swiss Watch.
great place to visit and a positive experience with people who care !!!

Ed Baldwin was an amazing person to work with! Not only did we have substantial repairs, but we were having difficulties with our warranty company, Ed assisted us in every way possible, including a seamless rental process. He even called days after just to check and see how everything turned out. Ed goes above and beyond for his customers and I would highly recommend service at Gandrud.

I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?
I am looking for a car for my son who will turn 16 soon. The sales people were very friendly and helpful. They let me take a car out and drive it with just my son and I. They did not put pressure on me to buy anything right away which I appreciated.
I was recently vacationing in Egg Harbor, when the latch on the rear hatch of my VW Jettawagon stopped functioning. I needed to replace it because it would not even stay latched. Broadway was the nearest dealer (65 miles away). I called and talked to Eric Young (?) who told me that the part was in stock. I asked if he could overnight it to my rental unit, and he said he could just send it out UPS and it would get there the next day. He also answered a few questions about its installation, since I was really to far away to just bring it in. I paid for the part and the UPS, and my problem was solved! It arrived as promised and I was able to install it. This could have been a very unhappy situation with having to tie down my hatch everywhere I went on the next 3 weeks of vacation. Instead, the helpful staff at Broadway lit up my day!

If you’re looking for a truck, Silverado is the only way to go. Driving a Chevy take your xxxxx out of your wife’s purse and back where they belong.
Linda Bramer helped me find the exact car I was hoping for, and fast! I could not have asked for a better overall experience. Thank you!

I came to Broadway on Ashland looking for a used car. There I met Christi Ellis, she was very friendly and outgoing. She listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions on what I might like. She found me exactly what I was looking for and am very pleased. I will be back to Broadway and Christi for my next vehicle.

2012 Chevrolet Equinox 1LT Review
Worst sub ever owned

Not sure what Chevy has done wrong? But our Equinox was a issue shortly after we purchased it new on Feb of 2012! Like all cars and anything else new you have high hopes and expectations, well the Equinox fell very very short.. At around 7k mile our front strut started rattling. Mounting bolts came off @ 20k miles we started having transmission issues that the dealer gave us run the around about since it was not consistent but it would occasionally slam into the next gear after sitting at a stop light or stop sign and it was time to move. Fought this issue for several month's. Finally at 30k mile the dealer supposedly fix the issue! During the same time frame we noticed a change in the engine noise. After checking it appeared the engine was 3 quarts low on oil. I am very strict with all vehicle services on all my vehicle's. The on board computer stated we still had 50% oil life remaining. So I put in oil took it back to Chevy. Only to have tgem tell me it's normal for these engines to consume a quart of oil about every 1 to 2 thousand miles! Which did not make sense. Based on there theory and the on board computer if I followed from that point on my engine would not only be negative (not really) 3 quarts of oil once the computer tells me at 15% oil life to pwrform a oil change which is about 7500 miles. The engine would blow up from no oil left! So I started doing oil changes at 3000 miles which with full synthetic started to get expensive. This continued until they realized lots if these engines were having a big problem. So for $158 labor the dealership would perform a consumption test and then extend your engine warranty to 150k miles. (They really do have a known issue just Google it) so had that done but still had to keep topping off the oil. At 3000 miles this oil would come out blacker than fresh asphalt! So now fighting trans slipping again at 60k miles that dealer will not cover any more and oil disappearing routinely.
Car is only little past 3 years old at this time. A couple trans flushes seemed to help the slipping. At year 4 the defrost/floor selector stopped working cost to repair over $500 Due to mostly labor to remove the entire radio/center stack to replace Yeap you guessed it cheap part that chevy used and the service advisor knew all to well about stated he gets at least 2 a month in and or parts dept is usually out of stock for the upgraded part.
As the oil issue continued throughout its life with us. Over the next couple year's went through other issues. 1/2 dash lights not working. Rear wiper stopped working head light switch went out all different times. Electric seat warmer. Rear hatch handle. Just could not deal with this horrible vehicle any more. At year 7 with only 86k miles on it we gladly traded it in. Sorry chevy you lost a lifelong customer! Purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage for less than what the Equinox cost me with more bells and whistles. I would avoid these lines of subs like the plague! I've owned several vehicles in my 52 years of life and I have never heard or seen of engines just using oil for no reason. I have a 02 chevy avalanche with 300k all original miles on it and the only oil it uses is a small drip from the rear main not enough to even notice on its dipstick. Also own a 2012 Kia Rio with 135k miles on it never a drop of oil and a flawless car if I may say! If you buy a Equinox hope you enjoy the dealership or other mechanic!
Haven is awesome to work with, she's my favorite advisor there. I will always continue to see her in the quick lane

This truck met all of my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back, the ride is great compared to other trucks I tested. It has several USB ports, also it has a great navigation system in it.
