Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

The Silverado is my dream vehicle, I've wanted one ever since I was a kid and my dad had one. I needed a full sized 4 x 4 truck w/ room for the family to be comfortable during trips and the Silverado LT is it! Everything I could ask for and more! Plus, Jeremy at Champion Hargreaves Chevrolet was outstanding; I ended up with a lifetime powertrain warranty, a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership, and the price was a steal for a truck w/ only 26,000 miles on it! I am as happy as a clam!

The service we received from Bill Hood was above expectations. We were driving from Texas to Georgia, towing our camper when our trailer break controller failed. The first local dealer we went too couldn’t help us but when we took it to Bill Hood, they took in our F150, spent time diagnosing the problem, and found the issue. We were fortunate that they had a replacement brake controller on hand and replaced it right away to get us back on the road. Thank you to the service department for saving the day!

Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Our salesman, Landon Crane, is new and even didn’t have his business cards yet but he’s gonna go far. He was extremely polite, willing to answer questions and had no problem getting up to ask about an answer he wasn’t certain of. I appreciated he wasn’t pushy, condescending, or fake. He may be young and just getting started but you won’t go wrong by requesting him for your salesman. The young man knows how to give an appropriate handshake on top of all his other positive qualities. From start to finish it was a relaxed buying experience. Give him a call!

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

June 5, 2019 my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 AC went out. I contacted Corey the service manager with my problem and was told to bring my truck in June 9. When I arrived at the dealership we were greeted at our vehicle like family. Did not have to wait to be put in a rental since it would take a day to complete the work. The work was completed on time, and the quote that was given to me was right on. Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. I am always looking for individuals like these, who want to make sure they do/did everything they can to make sure the customer is take care of.

I absolutely love this car. It have a 2022 Trailblazer Activ with all the safety features and full sunroof, etc. I have 80,000 miles on it and it is so fun to drive! I have driven it all over the country and currently live in the mountains and commute 90 miles round trip over a mountain on winding road to work and back and it’s so easy in this car! I even lived in it for a few months when touring national parks and slept on a mattress in the back with seats folded down and it was super comfortable for me as a 5ft 5in person. Especially since I could look at the moon and stars through the sunroof while laying down in the back! I am praying that it goes to 200,000 miles because I dread the day I no longer have this car and may just end up buying another one even though I would prefer a hybrid for better gas mileage. I also have had exactly ZERO issues with this car! I have gotten regular oil changes and service checks and that’s it! About to get the spark plugs replaced just because it’s time. But it has not shown any signs of any problems whatsoever! I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase! And I only ever owned Toyotas or Hondas before buying this car, but the reliability so far is comparable! My auto shop also told me they never see these cars in the shop because they are reliable! So hope that helps someone!!

To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. My 2025 Chevy Colorado is fun to drive. The ZR1 engine has plenty of power considering it’s a four-cylinder engine. I am very much a person who prefers an eight cylinder when it comes to a truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove this truck with a four-cylinder engine. This truck has a lot of power and get up and go, especially when it comes to passing other vehicles. My firstb experience at passing in a vehicle in his truck surprised when I hit the gas and I wound up surging forward in my seat. The interior of the truck is very comfortable and ete appealing. The instrumentation panel is easy to read. So far the truck is very dependable

Love the looks, love the ride. The inside could be a bit bigger, but hey, it's a Colorado. Would I buy another one - yes. The price was even better than I anticipated. I am just happy I bought it when I did. Had I waited two more month the price would have been a lot more.
