They had my 2016 Acadia Denali repaired very quickly. They also, were kind enough to come to my house to drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner. Had an excellent experience with the service department at Shelor's on March 2nd. Ethan, my sales rep was so pleasant and professional. He gave me an understandable explanation of why my CEL came on and what was needed to fix it. The part was not in stock, but they were able to go pick one up. Ethan told me approximately how long a wait I would have and offered to drive me somewhere if I didn't want to stay in the service department waiting area. I chose to stay there as it was comfortable and clean. Definitely a pleasant experience. Thank you!!

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. They repaired my wifes 2500 HD quickly, no surprises, other than it was done much quicker than expected(yay!) And cant even tell it was ever hit.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.
