Its never fun to have a check engine light come on and need service, but Schepel made the best experience as possible. They were able to provide me with a loaner SUV over the weekend. They had my 2016 Acadia Denali repaired very quickly. They also, were kind enough to come to my house to drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner. I am very impressed with their level of service and their commitment to the customer.

Why go to a quick-change oil service where selling only oil, filters & air filters usually at cost slightly higher than Brown-Daub…and if you need anything else you they are not equipped to make an on-spot-repair? At Brown-Daub KIA they do it all right there!

The Salesman was excellent. All good experience. Only negative was the car came in contrary to what we hoped for. Nothing to do with sales or dealership. I bought a 2025 Ford Ranger Lariat. All the all, the process was very easy and quick. Denesha was wonderful to work with and a great salesperson. I recommend contacting her for your next purchase. We arrived in the early evening (around 6:00) to purchase the truck she and David, the finance manager, stayed late to get the paperwork done and get us home with it. They are great people and made us feel very welcome.

Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing.
