Reliable workhorse. Design hasn't changed in years which means anything you want for it is reasonably priced. Can't get a harder working van for the money. Available heavy duty locking differential is a must.

Went up to look at a recently off lease Grand Cherokee and worked with Matt Kronk in Sales. After about 45 minutes, we had a deal inked and they actually gave me a very good value for my trade which was refreshing. Ended up leaving a couple hours later in the new purchase in what was actually a pleasant buying experience. Seamless experience that wrapped up with Finance (Parrish) who was equally accommodating and worked with me to get to a reasonable number. Got a nice follow up call from Matt shortly after as well as him getting me the registration very quickly. My second purchase from a Colonial dealership, both times were very positive. Buying a car can be a dreadful experience however there are some really good dealerships out there (like Colonial) that treat you with respect and don't play the typical games.

For me, Central felt like a wellstablished local company that cares about their customers because they take care of you like family. In the past I had looked for cars dealerships in Boston, Albany, Burlington in Hartford, Danbury down to RI and NJ, but I realize now that it's better to buy local, from the source... Several months ago I started the search for my next car. After doing my homework I decided on a 2008 - 2012 Honda Accord with a 2.4 L engine. After visiting dealerships in the Springfield area as well those along RT 5 in CT I found Ful Line’s website. I was impressed that there were 4 Honda Accords available for sale with one more coming in. Mariah was very professional and helpful with answering my questions, making the Car Fax reports available and getting cars ready for test drives. I was given plenty of time to check over the cars, take test drives and think things over before deciding on which car to go with. I was also able have a pre buy inspection done by a local mechanic. I decided on a 2012 Accord LX-P that looked and drove like new and was within my budget. In addition Dave has been extremely helpful with after sale service. Buying a car from Ful Line has been a very positive experience. I would definitely buy another car from Ful Line and would recommend them to family and friends.
