Shout out Kyle Portis service manager at McLoughlin Chevrolet today for his great service. Scheduled for 10:00 for a 1-hour job replacing the fuel filter. He got me in and out in 35 minutes. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !

It's a beauty, rides clean, looks angry, and performs when most needed (so far). Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

Response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous. So was the follow-up as the sales agent checked with me regularly. The initial internet presentation of the car wasn't great as pictures were of "other" cars of the wrong color, etc. I didn't buy the car so I don't know what happened after a few days.

Our salesperson Brian Yahia was great getting answers to our questions and providing assistance to locate the color and features we wanted. We shopped on a Sunday and were surprised to find out that they would have been willing to stick around to let us drive our new Traverse out that evening. We have purchases a lot of cars in the past 45 years and Sands a good dealership to do business with.

Everything was good from the sales to environment, only thing is I’m missing a floor mat and when I asked to get one sent to me I never got one or got any word that I will be getting one back. Seems after the sale they are not as responsive to the issues, overall still a solid place to get a vehicle.
