From the moment I arrived, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I will admit I am very picky when it comes to vehicles, and I wanted to look at and test several different options before making a decision. Francisco never made me feel rushed or pressured. Even on a very hot day, he had no issue running back and forth multiple times to grab the keys for the different vehicles I wanted to see and try.
