2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.

Thats is an actual supercar. I have never driven a car that makes me smile more while driving. The mid-engine and sloped front end gives it the Ferrari vibes and it constantly delivers. The interior is surprisingly luxurious and I have not had a single mechanical issue with it.

Never owned a Corvette before my 2020 C8 2LT. This American sports car is a super car costing 3 & 4 times less than others. My only disappointment is the camera in the interior rear view mirror. Head lights and driving lights flutter in the camera and at night following vehicles appear to be in a fog. It's a smart man's super car.

Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!

To the guy that thinks this is a death trap- are you driving a Prius? I can think of about 100 other cars that are worse than this Vette. This are no different than any other fast car. You can get killed in any car if you get hit by a Semi truck. Every small car, every cross over including full size and mid size. Yea, if have a big xxx suburban or anything like it, you may not die, but you may not walk ever again.

The very best experience of any dealership I have ever had. I was looking to trade-in my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius. No one had anything close to what I wanted, until I called San Leandro Chrysler and talked with Vanessa Abaunza. When she answered I asked the same question as I had for every call before her. I told her, I'm looking for a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn. No sooner having said these words, and she said, you have good taste. I thought for a moment, is she being real or just being a sales rep. Then she said, I love the Longhorn, it's my favorite and she went on and on about it. No other sales rep from any dealership told me I have good taste. She made me feel great from the very start. She had me at "Hello"... She continued asking, what exactly I was looking for on the truck and what color? I wanted everything in Delmonico Red. She immediately said, I have it. I was skeptical, but curious. Can you show me? Next thing I knew, I was looking online at the truck of my dreams. I asked, how did you do that? I have spoken to every dealership and no one had anything close. I was about to give up and then you pull this out from nowhere. My heart was pounding, I could hardly speak a word from that point. I about had tears I was so beside myself. Her next words were, when do you want to come see it? I explained that I was about 80 miles away. She came back with, I have customers that come from everywhere, just to buy from us here at San Leandro Chrysler. I told her, I really don't want to drive 2 hours one way just for this truck. She came back with, is this the truck you want and have been looking for? My answer, Y E S ... she then said, what's 2 hours, if you get the exact truck you want? Well, I had to agree, she had me and I knew it and I wasn't going to let anyone have that truck but me. The Corvette C8 Z06 it’s is in my opinion the best bang for your buck in terms of performance. You will not find another vehicle under $250K that will come close to the performance and the quality of this vehicle. Driving this vehicle feels like driving a supercar the sound it’s very impressive and the acceleration it’s insane. I would highly recommend this vehicle!

A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change with Hall Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle. I was told the earliest appointment would be July 20, 2023. I stated that date would be a month after my state inspection would have expired. I asked if they could check with Hall Chevrolet, next door, for an earlier appointment. They checked and I got an appointment the same day for 11:00 AM. Amazing! Unbelievable. I dopped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM with Adam Jones. By 11:10 AM, I received a text message stating my vehicle had been inspected, along with a video of the inspection and a detail report with recommended services I should consider having done. I selected a service I wanted to be done all from my cell phone. It was quick and easy. Within less than two hours later, I received another text message stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was by far the best experience I have received from a service department in quite a while. Great communication through texting! Thank you, Hall Chevrolet and Adam for taking care of me today.

I ordered a 2LT HTC Z-51 w/Mag ride w/selective control. I chose the front lift, along with some Tridents and full length stripes. The automobile is a engineering marvel. I road tripped home from museum delivery KY-IN, then after break-in...Route 66 to Parhump, NV to attend RFDS. I now have 24K smiles on it and ZERO problems. The C-8 is a factory racecar/track monster/daily driver. I am proud to say I work for GM and help in the manufacturing of the C-8, I am also a proud owner.

We looked at the car and then proceeded to get dome numbers that I can go off of. I told her I’ll be back in a week to pick the car up. During the week of me getting the car , I had a couple of things I wanted done before I return. She delivered with a five star performance. Very knowledgeable and awesome customer service skills. Also did a follow up call after the sale . I was very pleased with her and would do business with her any day.

Took delivery in April 2021. Covered 9,700+ miles in first year. Very reliable only issue has been GPS which required a new sim card under warranty. Fantastic performance and very comfortable for long road trip days. We did a 16 day vacation tour to the Finger Lakes and Niagara and had no problem carrying our luggage. 28 mpg on long runs.

no one is going to read this, this thing has won enough awards by now that if you're on here reading about it, you just crawled from a cave. chevy engineers decided to build the fist new v8 they have built in 50y and they take a Ferrari engine apart to start the journey (aim high why dont ya). then they jam it into their race cars for 2yrs (a bit to testing shall we) we now have the most potent naturally aspirated v8 IN THE WORLD, in a mid engine layout, paired with an exhaust that truly makes this engine sing. THE SOUNDS ARE ECSTASY, and I own a GT3. not to mention this interior is nicer than some mercedes I have owned. best vehicle I have ever purchased, truly otherworldly perfomance but in general just a perfect package all around- speed, sound, tech, comfort, interior, transmission, steering, excitement.

I currently own 11 cars. In addition to my C8, 2 C5 Vettes, 2 Porsches, 3 Miata’s & a few utilitarian cars. I race a Z06 Vette, a Miata & a Porsche. I bought the C8 to track it. Have not yet tracked it. The major options I got are: convertible, Z51 package, front lift, front camera. I love the front lift. Thanks to front lift & front camera so far no scrapes. Picked car up Aug 31, 2022. Have 10,600 miles. Recently drove to Sebring for 12hr Rolex. Put 2700 miles on the drive. Driving 13 hrs at a stretch, car is very comfortable to sit in for 13hrs. Handles beautifully with ample power to accelerate seamlessly to maneuver through highway traffic. I’m in my mid 70’s so getting in/out of this car is not exactly graceful. I’ve had sports cars since my British cars in the 60’s & getting in/out was not graceful back then either. Car is a dream to drive & styling makes it beautiful to look at it. Some people complain about poor visibility & blindspots. My response is there are no blindspots if you set mirrors correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not set mirrors properly. This car’s interior is very tight. It’s a drivers car. There’s no extra interior space. My wife will not ride in this car for any length of time because of the lack of space. She’s accustomed to driving/riding in sports cars. In addition to an SUV & a sedan her other drivers are a Porshe & Miata. Overall it’s a great car.

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

This is my 6th corvette in my lifetime. There are no other vette that compares. I got a lot of looks with the other vettes, however, this one, they want to touch it and think it is something other than a vette. People who put this car down do not understand the true sport car enthusiast. For those people, drive your Volkswagens and KIA's and stay in the right lane as we pass you with raw power and xxxxxxx up the outside attention. Just look at its value holds or go up in some cases or get the other ones and watch it lose $15000 as you drive off the lot. So lastly, for those who put this car down mainly cannot afford one. There nothing wrong with that, however, let the rest enjoy their life!!

I have owned two other Corvettes, a C4 and C7 and ordered a C8 after attending Corvette Fun Fest. The 2022 C8 2LT HTC in Hypersonic Gray is hands down the most fun car we have ever owned. I have had ZERO issues with the car and now have 7500 event-free miles. My only suggestion is that the factory and dealers need to be on the same page with service intervals and what is included with the first visit. I never received the same answer twice as far as first oil change. Some say 500 miles, others 1500 and owners manual says 7500. Other than that, I love this car more than any car we have ever purchased. My only regret is not upgrading the wheels but that can be changed.

I liked the process, they do not push you to buy immediately and allow you to decide at your own pace. They are patient showing you all available inventory of interest.

Took delivery Easter weekend of '22. Drove it home almost 400 miles. Totally problem free. I've put almost 7,000 miles on it this summer. Drove it every day. Groceries, post office, whatever needed to be done. A couple road trips, one was about 1,000 miles over 3 days. What a joy to drive. Very comfortable. 2LT with no frills. In warm storage for the winter. Target date of April 1 to bring it back out.

My 2024 Hard Top Convertible C8 Z51 with 3LT trim outdoes them all... in looks, performance, luxury and reliability. This car is stunning inside and out. The exterior design still looks like a Corvette, but with stunning and cutting edge mid-engine styling. The handling and shifting are sublime and, in fact, the C8's eight speed DCT is the exact same one found in the $260K Maserati MC20 Cielo... even the C8's hard top was designed by the same German company that made the Maserati's top... all the way down to the little adjustable rear window. Finally, let's not forget the LT2 engine that is pure sweetness, proven and reliable. Step inside and you'll find the C8's interior is both functional and ultra luxurious, with advanced styling that goes beyond most sports cars... from the impeccable leather stitching and full aluminum paddles to the amazing looking floating dash and the slim, almost invisible air vents. The glove compartment and console don't need locks because they lock automatically when you get out of the car. Every possible driver need has been considered, from side view mirrors that lower when the car is in reverse so that you can see the curb when parking.... in addition to the mirrors folding inward--either automatically programmed or with the touch or a button that's conveniently located on the armrest. Settle your hands on the not completely round, but curvy, leather laden steering wheel, and you're given a unique treat of design meant to work for optimal human use. Press the heated steering button and the wheel warms up exactly where you place your hands, above or below the spokes. Most sports cars are known for their nefarious blind spots... but with the digital rear view mirror and blind-spot monitoring in the 2024, this issue is all but eliminated and makes this a very safe car on the road. Add in mag ride control, and it's a magic carpet grand tourer that soaks up the road like a large sedan. But the moment you press the Z Mode (there are 4 built-in modes, plus 2 customizable) the aggressive nature of the nearly 500 hp beast jolts alive. With performance traction control, fade free larger Brembos, and the electronic slip differential plus special Z51 gearing, the C8 doesn't merely drive-- it pounces and leaps like an unbridled racing thoroughbred while hugging the corners effortlessly. The interface seamlessly blends both screen and buttons for easy usability. For example, the MC20 Maserati has no button for raising or lowering the hardtop; users must go through the computer screen interface to raise or lower the top. But the C8 has a dedicated button--push it down to open the top; pull it up to bring the top down. Simple. Intuitive. Easy. The C8's entire interface its like that.... there are intuitive buttons for many features-- such as raising and lowering the front lift, windows and climate controls. Speaking of the front fit, the C8's front lift function can remember 1000 locations and is operated with--you guessed it--a single button. Interestingly, the C8 raises the front end 143mm compared to slightly over 50mm for the MC20. Finally, the C8's computer screen interface is blazingly fast and easy to understand and use. It wirelessly hooks you up with Android and Apple Car play the instant you turn on the vehicle. You can change modes in a flash, and the heads up display changes with the models as well. In short, the C8 Z51 is a dream car. You could get other C8 variants, and they will also be amazing. But for daily driving, getting on the track with durability, speed and handling, the C8 Z51 might be the sweet spot. Anyone who owns or drives one is fortunate indeed.
