C2 styling is one of the best that Chevy ever produced. This car will continue to go up in value every year, better than money in the bank. While being over 50 years old, I've never had any issues with this car, always starts right up, run great. Never overheats as I added electric cooling fans in addition to the mechanical cooling fan.

I would only recommend this care for those who are willing to work on it and are okay with it breaking down. This care is nearly 40 years old (as of this review) and most of them with low miles sit and when driven the problems begin to bubble to the surface. So if you are unwilling to need to work on it but still want a corvette my suggestion is to get a c6 or newer.

Inquired when I located the car online. They responded in a timely manner and we set up an appt. Staff was very friendly. Price point and negotiations were very fair. No pressure sales. They handled all the paperwork, licensing and registration. The entire process was very easy.

My compliant is the dashboard. The leather is bubbled and shrunk. Hate to think what a repair/ replacement would cost. Beautiful car, otherwise, 2013 Grand Sport Anniversary model. I understand that other C6 dashboards have had similar problems. The car is parked in a garage so it cannot be blamed for excessive heat or sunlight. Just received a warning for Anti-lock/Active handling/ Traction Control. Probably just a wheel sensor that I will have repaired under extended warranty.

It has 1972 front turn signal lights not a 1971. The grill is a 1971 though. I would know for I OWN a 1972 SS Chevelle.

On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. Just bought the car. 2001 Camaro SS in dark metallic navy blue. Honestly the nicest color combo I have ever seen on this car. Stunning to say the least. Tan leather interior. Just turned 50k miles and mint isn't even good enough. Literally showroom quality in and out. Hands down the nicest one I've had and this will be about my tenth F body from 89 to 01 all nice cars. My last one was a 98 Z28 mostly original except the exhaust and a few bells and whistles but nothing over the top. Just had the rear carrier and axle bearings and seals done. 182k and ran like the day it had 60k on it. If you don't beat it and keep up with the oil and other very important and often overlooked maintainance they will go until you crash and total it. That LS1 will just not die unless you kill it will neglegence or stupidity. Best platform GM ever built in my opinion. Could not be happier. Umi 1.5 drop springs with koni shocks and a tik performance m/c for the clutch. C5 ZO6 rims and tires just turned 500 miles. Perfect stance just perfect. 18's in the rear and 17's up front with toyo 888"s. That's about it for mods. Got a few more things I'd like to do come the spring time. There you have it. The nicest Camaro SS out there. I'm sure there are some beauty's out there but better I can't imagine its possible

i bought a 86 pontiac 2+2 . my credit union was not still in my state, so needed a co op credit union . they did not do that amount of money with out signed documents from my home credit union .mgm worked with me to get my payment worked through. it took a couple of weeks . when car got here there was a oversight with a maintenance issue .we talked back and forth we reached a agreement and they helped to fix the problem.in my case everything worked out

Never owned a Corvette before my 2020 C8 2LT. This American sports car is a super car costing 3 & 4 times less than others. My only disappointment is the camera in the interior rear view mirror. Head lights and driving lights flutter in the camera and at night following vehicles appear to be in a fog. It's a smart man's super car.

Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!

To the guy that thinks this is a death trap- are you driving a Prius? I can think of about 100 other cars that are worse than this Vette. This are no different than any other fast car. You can get killed in any car if you get hit by a Semi truck. Every small car, every cross over including full size and mid size. Yea, if have a big xxx suburban or anything like it, you may not die, but you may not walk ever again.

I bought a first year C8. Everyone warned me of failures. I replied it’s a Chevy, created with a lot of pride in Bowling Green KY USA. Worst case scenario it had and has GM extended warranty. To date with 27,000 miles only had problems with the front bumper, it had to be repainted three times. Did Museum delivery. We drove to Pahrump, did the school. Then drove Rte. 66 to Missouri then the Tail of the Dragon then home. It looks just as beautiful today as when we first saw it. To me I think the E-Ray is the best of all. Great horsepower, acceleration and gas mileage and no gas guzzler tax.

I just purchased a base 2009 3LT Corvette. The car is stylish and a blast to drive. It is rock solid in the turns and rides exceptionally well. The acceleration and handling are, without a doubt, beyond great for a base model car. I'm 6'5 and fit very comfortably behind the wheel. It will be hard to find an American made sports car this good at such a very affordable price?

I was very impressed at the condition of the cars in this expansive indoor showroom filled mostly with classic cars. Owner is very knowledgeable about all the cars on his lot but is also transparent on any issues they may have ane what it may take to fix it. I would not hesitate to purchase from here!

I had my 2004 for 10 years. Great car and performance. At 6'2" the C5 provides me with comfort which its predecessors do not. Only issues have been the ignition switch a common problem which I changed out fairly easily, and the climate control lighting which I fixed by resoldering the board.
