Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!

I contacted the dealer about a car I saw online. Received a response inviting me to take a test drive that weekend. I replied that I lived on the other side of the state and would not be able to come. The following Monday their General Mgr. emailed to see if he could help in any way. While I haven't purchased yet, I am impressed with them staying on top of my inquiry.

On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. I currently own 11 cars. In addition to my C8, 2 C5 Vettes, 2 Porsches, 3 Miata’s & a few utilitarian cars. I race a Z06 Vette, a Miata & a Porsche. I bought the C8 to track it. Have not yet tracked it. The major options I got are: convertible, Z51 package, front lift, front camera. I love the front lift. Thanks to front lift & front camera so far no scrapes. Picked car up Aug 31, 2022. Have 10,600 miles. Recently drove to Sebring for 12hr Rolex. Put 2700 miles on the drive. Driving 13 hrs at a stretch, car is very comfortable to sit in for 13hrs. Handles beautifully with ample power to accelerate seamlessly to maneuver through highway traffic. I’m in my mid 70’s so getting in/out of this car is not exactly graceful. I’ve had sports cars since my British cars in the 60’s & getting in/out was not graceful back then either. Car is a dream to drive & styling makes it beautiful to look at it. Some people complain about poor visibility & blindspots. My response is there are no blindspots if you set mirrors correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not set mirrors properly. This car’s interior is very tight. It’s a drivers car. There’s no extra interior space. My wife will not ride in this car for any length of time because of the lack of space. She’s accustomed to driving/riding in sports cars. In addition to an SUV & a sedan her other drivers are a Porshe & Miata. Overall it’s a great car.

My 1964 Corvair Monza, which I have owned for 51 years, is still an attractive, spritely, comfortable and enjoyable car. It, to this day, runs as new. A US Senate subcommittee proved that even the early Corvairs handled very well, which disproved Ralph Nader's contention. The rear suspension was redesigned in 1965, which resulted in even better handling. Corvairs were always successful SCCA road race cars. GM only planned to build them for ten years, which they did. The car-buying public ultimately preferred less economical V8 automobiles. That caused the Corvair's demise, not Ralph Nader, who cannot even drive.

I'm floored by the bad reviews of Discovery Auto. I almost didn't go because of it. However, I had my heart set on a Cadillac they had. I live in Clearwater so its about a 45 minute drive. I called the sales line and got Maurice. I told him exactly what I wanted. He desperately tried to get me the deal. However I know that dealership was telling the truth about that car because I had been looking at that model for 2 months. They did have the best price hence why I drove out. Unfortunately I couldn't talk them down but the manager Jonah came out to tell me why. I didn't feel like he was lying because I have Google and verified literally everything he said. So I moved down a notch to accommodate my budget comfortably. And I LOVE my new Camaro. I also want to say that the dealership has cars that will blow you away. Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz audis, bmws, literally every high-end car you can think of and they are clean- clean. But back to the bad reviews. I saw one review that a lady was upset she only got one key. I only got one key to my car. So I asked my salesman where's the other key? And his response was we can't control what the previous owner brings in. Which absolutely makes sense. My previous owner also didn't bring in the owner's manual. But I can't fault the dealership for something like that. I also saw a review that somebody gave him a one-star because they didn't get approved. That is not the dealerships fault. I'm not saying that they didn't feel slighted. But I HATE being lied to. So with that being said... go check it out for yourself. Ask for Maurice.

Having had many “sports” cars, I never appreciated corvettes as I do now. The overall experience has been a “10” reliability and response are excellent. I opted out if a c8 for the c7 and was not disappointed It is pure corvette, no mid engine , rear wheel drive . A real American experience, I luv it !!

Never owned a Corvette before my 2020 C8 2LT. This American sports car is a super car costing 3 & 4 times less than others. My only disappointment is the camera in the interior rear view mirror. Head lights and driving lights flutter in the camera and at night following vehicles appear to be in a fog. It's a smart man's super car.

For those considering the purchase of a '74 Vette, the most important consideration is if you are actually seeking a performance car, then this is a very poor choice for you. Even though this model year was the last before the introduction of catalytic converters, street performance is abysmal at best. The base engine (and most common available) gives you 195 HP and a zero to sixty time of around 8.9 seconds. To put that into contemporary standards, that 0-60 time is identical to a base 2025 Nissan Sentra. In other words, virtually any contemporary car is absolutely going to scorch you at stoplights. If you buy an older Vette, you either have to go back in time to get sports car speed, or forward in time to at least the mid to later eighties. That's the bad news. The good news is that if you want a car with stunning, sports car styling, and a car that's a reliable street cruiser, then this is a car that should go to the top of your list. These cars are bargains today- probably because the performance is so abysmal. The interior of the car is a tight fit, and this is true especially of the narrow foot area. For many, myself included, I find this to be a positive. It fits like a very comfortable glove. I currently own one of these, and it's my second. Despite the performance I love it as a comfortable street or highway cruiser. So if you can live with the performance issues seriously consider this car.

I've owned many high performance cars--BMWs, Jaguars, Mercedes, including previous Corvettes, and driven many others. My 2024 Hard Top Convertible C8 Z51 with 3LT trim outdoes them all... in looks, performance, luxury and reliability. This car is stunning inside and out. The exterior design still looks like a Corvette, but with stunning and cutting edge mid-engine styling. The handling and shifting are sublime and, in fact, the C8's eight speed DCT is the exact same one found in the $260K Maserati MC20 Cielo... even the C8's hard top was designed by the same German company that made the Maserati's top... all the way down to the little adjustable rear window. Finally, let's not forget the LT2 engine that is pure sweetness, proven and reliable. Step inside and you'll find the C8's interior is both functional and ultra luxurious, with advanced styling that goes beyond most sports cars... from the impeccable leather stitching and full aluminum paddles to the amazing looking floating dash and the slim, almost invisible air vents. The glove compartment and console don't need locks because they lock automatically when you get out of the car. Every possible driver need has been considered, from side view mirrors that lower when the car is in reverse so that you can see the curb when parking.... in addition to the mirrors folding inward--either automatically programmed or with the touch or a button that's conveniently located on the armrest. Settle your hands on the not completely round, but curvy, leather laden steering wheel, and you're given a unique treat of design meant to work for optimal human use. Press the heated steering button and the wheel warms up exactly where you place your hands, above or below the spokes. Most sports cars are known for their nefarious blind spots... but with the digital rear view mirror and blind-spot monitoring in the 2024, this issue is all but eliminated and makes this a very safe car on the road. Add in mag ride control, and it's a magic carpet grand tourer that soaks up the road like a large sedan. But the moment you press the Z Mode (there are 4 built-in modes, plus 2 customizable) the aggressive nature of the nearly 500 hp beast jolts alive. With performance traction control, fade free larger Brembos, and the electronic slip differential plus special Z51 gearing, the C8 doesn't merely drive-- it pounces and leaps like an unbridled racing thoroughbred while hugging the corners effortlessly. The interface seamlessly blends both screen and buttons for easy usability. For example, the MC20 Maserati has no button for raising or lowering the hardtop; users must go through the computer screen interface to raise or lower the top. But the C8 has a dedicated button--push it down to open the top; pull it up to bring the top down. Simple. Intuitive. Easy. The C8's entire interface its like that.... there are intuitive buttons for many features-- such as raising and lowering the front lift, windows and climate controls. Speaking of the front fit, the C8's front lift function can remember 1000 locations and is operated with--you guessed it--a single button. In short, the C8 Z51 is a dream car. You could get other C8 variants, and they will also be amazing. But for daily driving, getting on the track with durability, speed and handling, the C8 Z51 might be the sweet spot. Anyone who owns or drives one is fortunate indeed.

Came from 2019 Challenger Hellcat to a 2023 C8 70th anniversary special edition in Carbon Flash. Handling is superb, fast and corners like on rails! Little hard to get into but suede interior is beautiful! Looks amazing! Reliable thus far! Shop around, for a good price!

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

This is my 6th corvette in my lifetime. There are no other vette that compares. I got a lot of looks with the other vettes, however, this one, they want to touch it and think it is something other than a vette. People who put this car down do not understand the true sport car enthusiast. For those people, drive your Volkswagens and KIA's and stay in the right lane as we pass you with raw power and xxxxxxx up the outside attention. Just look at its value holds or go up in some cases or get the other ones and watch it lose $15000 as you drive off the lot. So lastly, for those who put this car down mainly cannot afford one. There nothing wrong with that, however, let the rest enjoy their life!!
