The best service I've ever had!
The entire team at Monken has been helpful, friendly, caring, efficient, and caring. I brought my entire family (5 kids!) to buy a new van. Before we came, they worked with me over the phone to narrow things down. When I arrived, they took my messy van as a trade-in, took the car seats out and reinstalled them in the new van, entertained my kids with popcorn and candy (after asking our permission), cleaned up their spills and mess without making it an issue, made my purchasing process the quickest it has ever been, and I drove away with a new van, exactly what I wanted with a full tank of gas. I HATE buying cars. But since buying my last two at Monken, I'm a customer for life.
