This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

For as long as I've been going there it has been exceptional service and this time was no different. They are always friendly and helpful. The work is done efficiently and in time. They diagnosed the major issues for my Ford years ago which led me to trade in for a GMC and have stayed since. They know their customers and their needs. They do need a vending machine :)

Since the first email sent inquiring about the vehicle I was interested in, the staff worked with me to get me what I wanted. The staff was friendly and honest and it made for an overall great purchasing experience.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

When our son graduated from college this past May, we knew he would need a reliable vehicle to get back and forth from work. Already having two vehicles from St J Auto, we knew where to go. Daniel fell in love with the 2020 Buick Encore GX on the lot. We set up an appointment to test drive the car. Doug, one of the sales managers was great to deal with. He answered all our questions, and I was pretty persistent on a few questions, thank you Doug. The buying experience was made easy by the staff at St J Auto, and we thank them for that. The lady in finance (sorry, forgot name) answered all our questions and got us to a final price we were happy with. After taking the car home, we ran in to a few minor problems and also had a minor recall on the Encore GX. The employees in the service department were great to deal with, Denise, Jackie, and Zac all helped us with the issues. There were a few things we didn't understand what was going on with the recall and all, but in the end the staff at St J Auto once again did a great job getting us through another car buying experience.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

Due to the current truck shortages dealers have been adding $5-15,000 over MSRP but you guys stood by your MSRP price. They also met me in NY at airport with my truck to save 5 hours off of my return drive. Couldn’t have asked for a more simple process and great team to work with. Thank you for all the help.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

I called the sales department at 7 am. Was greeted by Emma. Confirmed the truck I wanted to look at was available. Upon arrival I was not overwhelmed by a salesman in the lot. Excellent. Once I went inside I was promptly greeted by Emma who remembered me calling and immediately had the truck I wanted to see ready for my inspection. Very professional young lady and very down to earth. Next I was greeted by Dean in sales who was a great guy. No pressure whatsoever from him. Tested the truck. Asked for a price. Got it ASAP with no xx. Great guy. Deans attitude and honesty sold me. Haven’t been in a dealership like this before. Honest real people. Not the fake people trying to get your money. I was next introduced to any in finance and she was very professional and very pleasant. Just wish I got to meet her dogs. Overall best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.
