I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

When I arrived I was greeted by Russell McPaul who answered all of my questions, brought up a vehicle to take for a test drive and worked with me throughout the purchasing process. I also spoke with Dan Castillo who I worked with to make the deal. There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years with this being my first Hyundai and this by far was the best experience I have had. Great job by all!

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

I just recently purchased my second car from 83 Autos within a year timespan. The first car was a Honda Accord. It was a very clean, reliable car. I had no mechanical issues or any issues for that matter up until it was totaled hitting a deer. But thanks to Peter, Adam & Michael they worked with me to get me in another car even before they received the check from the insurance company. My recent purchase was a Toyota Camry. It's super clean and has been an absolute joy to drive thus far. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help get you in your next ride.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I can't say enough here. First of all, Jordan Good should change his name to Jordan Great. Not to diminish anyone else who I saw, spoke to, or dealt with there, but Jordan was a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure he would say the same about me, though. I've been doing my homework and had many questions. All of them were answered quickly, clearly, and honestly. Today was my 6th visit to a dealership since Thanksgiving, and will likely be the last visit for me for quite some time, since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for(actually more than I was looking for). I love the no-haggle approach. I also never felt any pressure, which I assume is because these guys know that they are going to sell the vehicles on their lot, so they don't have to be abrasive about it. I drove a little under 3 hours to buy a truck from these guys and it was worth every second. I guess the best way I can describe how I feel about Mark Martin Motors is that I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from these guys without even taking it for a test drive. I figured I had 150 or so miles to test it out on the way home. It passed the test folks!!!!!

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Great place to buy a quality used truck. Fair and honest sales staff and I would not hesitate to recommend lime ridge auto to anyone. Loving my 2006 ram 2500 with the 5.9 and six speed manual. I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

Elvin does a great job in selling cars. Ultra Car Center warranties are great. We had a problem right after we bought our car and they went out of their way to fix it. I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

Brubaker's will likely be one of our first choices for repeat car-buying business. Our extended family has purchased here and our most recent purchase is still powering ahead well. The honesty is evident and willingness to fix even the smaller issues (in our case, a tire that went bad, replacing air-vent controllers, and some odd issues with a touch-screen) was fantastic. I am shopping for a new car soon and am constantly checking Brubaker's inventory for our next potential purchase.

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

The car I was interested in was as represented in their advertisement. They provided me with the CarFax information without hesitation. Good price for a good vehicle.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.
