Dropped my '15 Silverado off for an oil change and tire rotation. The folks that I interacted with at Frei are always very friendly and helpful. They offered a free car wash and a $22 detailing which I jumped on! The person who did the detailing job should get a pat on the back because it looked like a $200 detail job. Thank you!!

Pleasant experience. Courteous salesman. Solid selection of vehicles on the lot to look at and choose from. Every model that I was considering was well represented in terms of color and trim level.
At the start of a test-drive, the salesperson will want to drive the car off the lot for you. That's understandable given the traffic and poor visibility at that location due to a rise in the highway that hides approaching traffic. It's a tough turn sometimes to exit their parking lot.
Salesman gave an excellent walk-around and presentation of the vehicle I was considering. It is surprising, actually, how many salesmen overlook this aspect of selling. Frei is on the ball here.
Frei was good about giving a written quote for me to take home and sleep on. That's important. I never make a decision "on the lot", but only after I've had time to get away, settle my emotions, and think rationally.
I would shop at Frei again.
