I still love my Tahoe after all these years! She runs great with over 100,000 miles! She’s a champ! You get every bit of luxury without paying the price of a so called luxury vehicle. I’m buying another Tahoe for sure!
Just purchased a 2018 GT350 from Vaughn Ford. I live in Texas and did all of the negotiating via phone or email. Thanks to the experience of the team there the whole process was very easy and painless. Wendy in Sales was very responsive and quick to get any answers to questions I had. Will did an excellent job with the Finance and Warranty process. He offered competitive rates/pricing. Harold did a great job delivering the car on time and showed great care to it. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had when purchasing a car.

This is an amazing car. My 3rd Impala. I’m 6’5” and this car is the perfect fit. The car has everything I need and then some.

We own a Pilot too and there is not comparison on trunk space, rear visibility, and comfort. The Tahoe is big on the outside and small and uncomfortable in the inside. The third row seats are horrible low, not space for legs, and hard. There is not way to fit 3 suitcases in the back and maybe not even a big suitcase. We barely fit only 2 carry on suitcases on our family trip. You pretty much feel claustrophobic in the third row. I can’t say enough about how poorly designed the 2019 Tahoe 7 seater is. The old 2011 pilot we have is 150 times better, spacious, comfortable, and all the good things a SUV should be. Truly disappointed!
I drive a 2004 Chevrolet Venture which was purchased at John R. Young Chevrolet. I was visiting my grandkids in Metairie last December when the engine overheated and the engine had over 191,000 miles on it. I brought it to a large mechanic shop recommended by Triple AAA. They recommended a new or rebuilt engine which would cost more than the van was worth. I contacted John R. Young's service department and they sent their wrecker the next morning all the way to Metairie to bring my van to their shop. It turns out the damage was limited to the head gasket which needed replacing. I am still driving the Venture and have put an additional 15,000 miles including a trip to Denver recently. No Dout About It - I will continue to do business with John R. Young Chevrolet and you should too!
loved truck until the DEF system started failing!

After 120,000 miles the DEF system started failing, with the cost of this truck GM should correct this flaw which continue to plague many of the customers owning these trucks,
I have repeatedly been a customer at John R Young over the past 20 years with no regrets. I have dealt with the sales staff, service department and body shop over the years. I have always received excellent customer service and superb vehicle maintenance and repair. Most recently my vehicle was hit from behind. They made the whole ordeal stress free as they perfectly repaired the damage including the paint job and dealt directly with the insurance company for me. In addition, my car was ready in less than 2 days. This dealership will always get my business.

I bought a 2014 Sonic in June 2018, with 39,000km it now has 47,000km.
6 months of purchasing car the transmission gave out! I had the car towed into the car dealership yesterday so tomorrow being Monday their service dept will open and I’m waiting to hear what they have to say. I believe it’s still under warranty but that’s not the point the point is i babies that car never drove it hard and the transmission goes???? Yea not impressed whatsoever be the last one I purchase!!
Best service ever. Friendly staff and wonderful dealership.
Too many problems

Own 2014 Silverado and I love it but I've had alot of problems ..no matter how many times I bring it to the dealership they can't find the issues... running out of warranty and problems still not fixed..
Well Jane if you aren't satisfied. I call sour grapes! Great dealership. No pressure ever, Service department always fixes ONLY what you want fixed. Why drive out of town to get a Chevy or GMC? I live in town. I keep all my business local. Support your own. Anybody can type words on a web site. Those people are honest, friendly, and I'll never buy or deal with anybody else.

I am so pleased with my 2015 suburban. We were looking for a Great family vehicle that we won’t out grow and this is it. All the tech is easy to use and makes driving the suburban feel luxurious! The suburban blows my 2014 Acura TL out of the water in comfort and ride. It’s much more quiet and drives so smooth. The turning radius is impressive. I cannot be more happy with this vehicle.
I bought my 2006 Chevy Impala LT off the lot in 2006, still runs like a champ but after the divorce I was ready for some changes. Out with the old & in with the new! So my daughter and I went Black Friday shopping for a cute, new/used car after Thanksgiving. We really hit the jackpot when we found this amazing 2015 Chevy Trax at Toyota of Tacoma! My kids are grown & I'm not hauling lots of people around like when they were younger, so I really wanted something a little smaller & sporty looking to go with my new single life style. The Trax gets great gas mileage, has the safety features I look for, nice and roomy seating and the ride is super smooth! I have the sun roof I wanted, folding back seats and a bumpin' Bose stereo system that has Bluetooth features so I can play my music from the Internet on my phone and still be able to receive a phone call if it comes in... all while driving with 2 hands on the wheel! The backup camera was a surprise bonus, I've never had that. I totally recommend the Trax and I wouldn't change a thing!
Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. I'm enjoying it alot and will deal with him in the future. Thanks Bill and good luck.

They go above and beyond both times and they follow up To make sure you’re having the best driving experience and to see if everything is going well I definitely recommend Lester Glenn Chevrolet it’s very welcoming and patience and really makes sure you are comfortable in helping you and not over eager to sell you a car like other car dealers which is so refreshing I love this dealership
I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!
This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck
Great to have fun in mechanically sound and ready to go. Have some little small rust on the doors new running boards available Great Van great man mechanically sound new batteries new brakes new rotors Road ready
If it weren't what I wanted I probably wouldn't have bought it. I love the truck! The ride is amazing compared my old truck. I'm glad we were allowed to test drive it.
