I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Shottenkirk Honda in Huntsville. I bring my 2019 Accord here for maintenance and the staff is always friendly and professional and the work is done efficiently and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

We stopped the Corwin Lot a few weeks ago looking for an AWD vehicle with some extra space. Jared showed us a nicely finished Traverse with low miles. We were on our way home 170 miles away and told Jared we'd think about it for awhile. Jared kept in contact w/o any pressure just to see if we had any questions or if we were interested in something different. After some clarification we agreed on a price and that we'd pick it up on the day before Thanksgiving. We bought it "as is" w/o warranty. Later that evening, when the instrument cluster is well lit, we noticed a check engine light was on and then later the Auto-Start failed to work. I stopped by Fri morning to see Jared, and he took it for a drive and just told me to sit back and have some coffee while he looked into it. Despite being a very busy post-holiday Friday he got it right into the shop w/o an appt and they dug into the issue and repaired it right away and covered the whole cost of labor and parts. This truck is great for carrying tools and material while protecting them from inclement weather. It has been easy to maintain, responsive and reliable. Access from the cab to the box has been extremely useful as well. I highly recommend it to any one looking for the same truck requirements.
